Positioned at 637 meters above sea level, The Watchers features four sculptural cowls crafted from folded steel, each with a larch wood seat. Take a moment to breathe and unwind!
• Corgarff Castle - Corgarff Castle boasts a rich history, combining its medieval origins with later military adaptations. The original tower-house was constructed in the mid-16th century, likely between 1530–1550, by the Clan Elphinstone or on their behalf, and was later leased to the Clan Forbes of Towie.

The castle will be viewed externally, offering a closer photo opportunity and an introduction to its history - entry to the castle is not included

• Braemar - Nestled in the heart of the Cairngorms / Royal Deeside area, Braemar is known for its royal connections and frequently welcomes visitors attending the Braemar Highland Games. The village features local boutiques, outdoor gear shops, and traditional Scottish goods, making it an excellent spot for lunch!
• Braemar Castle - Built in 1628 by John Erskine, Earl of Mar, as a hunting lodge, Braemar Castle has served various purposes over the years: hunting lodge, fortress, Jacobite base, and even a garrison. In 1831, the military departed, and the castle returned to the Farquharson clan. It is among the first castles in Scotland managed by a local community trust.

• Balmoral Castle - Privately owned by the British monarch, Balmoral Castle is not part of the Crown Estate and serves as the Royal Family’s Highland Retreat. Acquired in 1852 by Prince Albert, consort of Queen Victoria, the current castle was constructed between 1853–1856. Visitors can explore its grounds, gardens, and an exhibition in the Ballroom. The castle may close due to its use by the Royal Family, particularly in August/September.
