Great transportation - Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Driver was on time ( or early) Driver was courteous friendly and a good driver. First one didn’t speak English which was a bummer but Miguel our driver from the port to the airport was fluent English. Highly recommend this service

The Best!! - I was hesitant to book this taxi at first because I didn’t see the exact time I needed in the drop menu on the website. However I am so glad I did! Communication with Mario was simple and he was able to accommodate any time we needed. He even watched flights to know ours arrived earlier than expected and was there waiting. We ended up using him as our taxi driver for our entire stay on the island. He drove us from Rio Grande to San Juan and to Fajardo as well as airport transfers. We felt his prices to be very comparable to Uber but felt he was more reliable. He also provided us with honest recommendations to local restaurants!!!

What a great experience!!!! - We had my daughter’s wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre in Rio Grande. We used their taxi service to take attendees to/from their destination and their service was amazing. They were punctual and very professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Taking cabs - I think the taxi service in puerto escondido is way to expensive because of all the different prices ,anywhere from 50 pesos to 200 for the same distances it is a constant argument as what pay it is very tiring,specially if you stay longer-term.

Better taxi services available - Picked up on time. Cab was very worn out, broke down on highway. Waited for 35 minutes for another vehicle to pick us up.. No apologies for refund, still tipped new driver generously but no contact by company to offer any compensation or apologies for ordeal.would definitely not recommend.
