Great experience - Always a great time visiting LEGOLAND, but someone made it a special day for my kids , the most kindest employee Renate. If you are there pay her visit, she one of the best employees

Three generation fun - Great family fun for two six year olds, parents and grandparents. Arrived at opening and stayed entire day (only 6 hours right now) but so much more we could have seen. A bit disappointed in the obvious aging of a lot of the displays. Especially in the LEGO city area. There was a lot of upselling and a few meltdowns with denials. Food was expensive but at least at the Bbq place it was very tasty and filling. Not terribly crowded on a Thursday in May so we did all the rides and activities we wanted. Many of them multiple times with no More than a 15 minute wait. Perfect for the 6 year olds set! The new Galactic coaster was pretty cool but in think the undersea submarine ride was an unexpected favorite. Sorry we didn’t get to the aquarium.

Legoland Trip - Legoland: Great park with many rides for all ages but mostly 12 and under. Buying tickets through Viator was easy with no service charge and able to cancel the day before. Park and facilities very well maintained. Food expensive as expected. Bring your own! Parking $40 and up!!!

Legoland has good customer service - Legoland is great - just buy tickets through Legoland though. I had an issue and Legoland did everything they could to help me and would have been able to if it weren’t for Viator. The park was clean and the rides were fun, very catered to my small kids. Overall Legoland was great and Viator sucks.

Legoland california vacation - I have to start this review admitting I was not looking forward to going to Legoland. Legoland completely exceeded our expectations. Disneyland needs to take some notes from Legoland. From the parks hotels to to the park was completely parent and kid friendly. Very clean rooms. Not once did I feel stressed about getting to the next ride or if everyone could go on it. The joy I witness on my grandchild face as his parents played legos with him was priceless. There are many places to rest in the park whether you are watching a movie in the theater, siting on the many benches, or at the play areas. If you stay at the hotels the kids bed area with there own TV and added kid toliet seat is so thoughtful. The restaurant workers ask if you have food allergies while ordering. The pool area is better at the castle hotel. These are some of my recommendations to the legoland hotel. The check in system is not convenient. All 3 of the computer kept going down and there was only one human working. There should be a separate security line for the hotel guests so they can use still enjoy there early entry benefit. We missed out because the line was so long. Recognizing Everyone who worked at the Legoland hotel on 4/5/26 to 4/8/26. I wish I remembered more names but everyone there was wonderful. Xavier helped with the reservation for both dinners super helpful and friendly Michelle check in for reservation Yosev and Jobe, Juan or jose very sweet guys who brought the food Jasmine D lady who severed the food and was kind and insightful.

Awesome Experience - Sensory friendly, kids enjoyed, and 1 day visit. Legoland honored the deal they had back in October 2025 and that was awesome of rhem as I had already purchased the tickets. Thank you Legoland!

It was ok - Expensive and overcrowded but a lot of good rides for younger kids. The stores could've used better lego exclusives and there was hardly any signage for restrooms which added stress. Overall, it was an ok experience. Glad we didnt buy the annual passes though.

Terrible experience - To not book with Viator, they couldn’t accommodate my 2 day pass and said it was only 1 day I could go. Didn’t go to Lego Land, & couldn’t get a refund after talking to 3 people on the phone and a Supervisor! So DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

High expectations ended with big disappointment - If you are looking for a lifetime experience of waiting in lines, this is it! Starting your morning in traffic to get to a parking lot, and continued by full day fun waiting in various lines for rides up to 3 hours. Enjoy.
