Really fun day - Great theme park for young kids. App is very helpful. Lunch at the smoked meats restaurant was surprisingly good. The park is a good size for little legs, not too big but didn’t feel cramped. The weather was perfect—sunny, mid-60s, a gentle breeze. If you aren’t great with heat I probably wouldn’t go outside of winter, I would’ve been miserable if it had been any warmer. Ask the food is crazy expensive but it’s nice that you can bring snacks and water bottles. I think my son was expecting more Lego building, but I wouldn’t say that he was disappointed. The bathrooms and food areas were super clean and all the employees were really kind.

Great for first time theme park attendees! - Our 6yo son begged us to go to Legoland on our annual trip to SD. He’s never been to a theme park before and has always been so scared of rides (don’t know why, he’s never been on one). Legoland was the perfect first theme park that allowed him to try rides and games that he felt comfortable with. Going on a Monday has its perks: short wait times, lots of shows & playgrounds, friendly staff and an easy to use app. Highly recommend for first timers attempting to find their inner “thrill seeker”!

We went all in for family fun + birthday celebration! - We had a great time with our family of 4 - (all 1st timers) including our 8 year old birthday boy and 2 year old daughter. We stayed in the hotel, had dinner there, did both parks and spent 2 days in Legoland and I feel like we got to do pretty well every activity. Our ONLY hard moment was explaining to our son we couldn't stay for the Ninjago ceremony after collecting the stamps, we didn't know it wasn't u til 5pm and we had to hit the road to home before then. Seriously MINOR bump and he's already forgetten about it on the drive back to Arizona talking about the great fun from the weekend. I want to give a special THANK YOU to Jeff in Legoland - he was so helpful with explaining how to collect pops to my son and clearly loves his job. We found him the 2nd day and my son asked him again - still no Mr. Gold BUT he did end up finding a Mr. Gold at Sealife and wanted to track Jeff down so he could show him 🙈When we found him again he was sharing with another family how to collect pops and my son gave the kids a fist bump for good luck. Seriously its the "little" things like that, that make an experience even better. Now we need a "Jeff" pop because I think my son had just as much finding him ha! Great weekend, we loved it and hope to come back when our 2 year old is a little bigger to enjoy even more rides too!

Fun for all - We have annual passes and constantly have a good time. Lots to do and different experiences for everyone. The only thing I would say is the crepe place is never open when we go. Also, the restaurant in the aquarium is permanently closed. Third, we have purchased is Delicious and many varieties. Apple fries is one of the favorites.

Great theme park for kids! Terrible parking fees. - We had a great time at the park. My daughter had a blast! Perfect theme park for 3-7 year olds. The park was very clean and everything was very easy to find. The only complaint or negative part of our experience was the mandatory $40+ PARKING FEE PER DAY. I spent more money parking my car for 6 hours a day than I spent on the actual 2 day theme park ticket! I don’t mind having to pay $10 or $15 a day for parking but when you are charging $40 PER DAY that is overly excessive!! I shouldn’t have to pay $80 in parking fees to park my car for a total of 12 hours. It’s a slap in the face to the customers in my opinion. Parking a car shouldn’t cost more than a ticket.

Over crowed and over priced - They let to many people in way over crowded. Food is WAYYYY overpriced and not very good. Bring your own food and drinks.

No repeat - Admission fee was more than it should have been. It's a children's park. Adults are required for children to go but not much to do except look at miniland, which was impressive, but price should be less for adults. No place for grandparents to sit while kids build their cars. I did appreciate being able to take snacks in to avoid overpriced food. Driving school for the bigger kids was closed the whole day, which was the main thing we went for. Big jaunt from San Diego, where we stayed. Would not do a second time.

Went downhill. BAD. - We used to visit years ago and would talk highly of the place to everyone. We went recently and it totally went downhill. Trash everywhere, like all over the floors and tables, metal chairs were rusted, ride vehicles were faded, the crowd was on the rougher side and most of the staff, not all, but most of the staff were not friendly at all. We also paid for preferred parking and saw car after car make a quick U-turn to go into preferred lot which filled up the lot and made us park in the back near the regular parking anyway. I don't think you could pay us to revisit this place. It was overpriced and we couldn't even enjoy the park with the total lack of upkeep.
