Preparation:
Once outfitted in suitable attire, we’ll grab our boards and make our way to the beach. The class is structured into two segments: a 15-minute theoretical session followed by a warm-up.
In the Waves:
You’ll spend the entire session in the water, guided by a skilled trainer. The aim is to stand confidently on the board and ride the waves. All necessary techniques will be taught, ensuring you have comprehensive support.
Afterward, we’ll return to the Surf Project location to remove our gear.
