Terrible Service that did not drop us off at our hotel - I want you to know that our driver dropped us off in town and NOT AT OUR HOTEL! I am almost 72 years old and had a very large piece of luggage, a carry one and a personal bag. My daughter had the same. We were pointed in a direction that ended up being over 1/2 kilometer on cobblestone, ice and snow. It was slippery and dangerous, plus we had no idea were our hotel was. This was inexcusable and the van could have reached the hotel. We were passed by 4 vans and multiple cars while dragging our luggage. Additionally, our luggage wheels were messed up from the deep and rutted old cobblestone!!
