Terrible chaos & HORRIFIC INJURIES - DO NOT GO! We had a traumatic experience at this ranch on March 9th. It was not a "tour", it was a mass accident. The horses were completely out of control. Several people were thrown off, and the scene was horrific. One girl was thrown from her horse and dragged on the ground for three full circles while the horse was spinning—it was absolutely terrifying to watch. Another Japanese girl suffered a concussion and had to be hospitalized for two days. We suffered massive, severe bruising across our lower bodies. It has been days, and we are still unable to walk or stand normally. This accident has completely ruined our holiday！ The medical costs for the two of us reached over $4,300 USD (including ambulance,CT scans, and emergency treatments). The staff was extremely unprofessional. This ranch is a death trap and should be shut down immediately for public safety. SAVE YOUR LIFE AND STAY AWAY!
