THEY CAN'T NOT DO IT!!! - IMPRESSIVE!!!!! 12-hour excursion, our guide was Rocio (an innate showman) and our driver Hernan (who was not far behind) managed to disgruntle those songs minute by minute. Not to mention the more than 9 stops we made at different panoramic points, a story in itself. Nothing was left when grilling. The only thing I would write to the Ministry of Tourism, to condition the baths of the Inca Bridge, the only bitter drink of the trip, but that nothing the agency clearly has responsibility. They can’t stop making this excursion with Travel & Design, a company very prepared for tourism, and the best prices in $ if you are Argentine. A LUXURY!!

High mountain - It is definitely worth taking the walk, you can not go to Mendoza and not do it. Hugo was our guide and another guide I doubt exists. Super friendly, attentive, polite, respectful. He knows a lot, he gets all your doubts and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. Nice to hear. They must ask with him. I recommend 100%.

Enjoying the Path to Christ the Redeemer - Rocio's explanations and treatment were excellent. The driver drove very prudently. The overall organization was very good.

Do this before you leave Mendoza! - Tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and offered a surreal experience ! This was an amazing experience that I’d recommend to anybody. I’d consider a sin against God to come to Mendoza and not see the Andes mountains.

We enjoyed the changing... - We enjoyed the changing views of the Andes and made some stops on the way up. Our guide Romi did a nice job explaining everything on the way. We also tried an authentic Argentinian lunch before heading back to Mendoza

Great Value - This tour was the best travel value we have ever experienced. The tour ran for a full 12 hours, taking us from our Airbnb in Mendoza to the Chilean border and back. We rode in a comfortable van with about 12 people. Our tour guide was excellent and the driver handled the somewhat difficult mountain roads really well. We had great weather and got to see all of the sights listed in the itinerary. The only drawback was food. We stopped at a place to buy food to eat, but the only real choice was a heavy buffet meal.

5 star scenery 1 star communication - The Andes are incredibly amazing with great grandeur, spectacular scenery but also alive with vibrant colour. Unfortunately the communication with the operator was dreadful not responding to any messages about our pick up until the day before. We were concerned as our accommodation was not on their list and there was no way of detailing our location in Mendoza on their form. They finally responded the day before with a time slot of between 7.15-8.00 but didn’t have any further communication until they were 2 minutes away. The mini coach was comfortable with an excellent driver and friendly guide providing information in Spanish & English. I felt a little less talking would have been better to allow us to appreciate the scenery without always having to listen to a constant description. Also as a passenger in an aisle seat who found it difficult to see out of the side windows it would have helped if the guide didn’t stand almost all the time on the outbound journey and on the way down the spectacular off-road downhill descent. Overall a really enjoyable experience but could have been better.

Find Another Provider - The scenery was spectacular, which is why I give this tour 2 stars instead on 1. We were lucky to have a warm, sunny day. All our pictures came out great. Our tour operator was not as good. I asked repeatedly for confirmation of a pick up time. They finally responded late the night before, after I was already asleep. They were generally uncommunicative about everything. They crammed 24 people into 24 narrow seats, which made this 12 hour journey on rugged roads very uncomfortable. The host gave us a bilingual experience, but the sound system on the bus was so bad we caught little of it. We are glad we did this trip into the mountains, but I would find another carrier were we to do it again.
