The day begins at 7:30 AM as the guide gathers all guests from Port Douglas. After a ferry ride across the Daintree River, the first destination is Alexandra Lookout, offering breathtaking views perfect for photography.
Upon reaching Cape Tribulation, the guide will lead guests to the beach where the rainforest seamlessly meets the reef.
The adventure…
The day begins at 7:30 AM as the guide gathers all guests from Port Douglas. After a ferry ride across the Daintree River, the first destination is Alexandra Lookout, offering breathtaking views perfect for photography.
Upon reaching Cape Tribulation, the guide will lead guests to the beach where the rainforest seamlessly meets the reef.
The adventure continues at the Treetops Adventure Centre, where ziplining excitement awaits. Guests will gear up, enjoy morning tea, and then proceed to the start of the ziplining course. Experience two hours of exhilarating fun among the trees as guides lead the way through the canopy of the world’s oldest rainforest.
After building up an appetite, lunch is served at a rainforest retreat, providing an opportunity to share stories about the thrilling treetop adventure.
The next activity is a crocodile and wildlife cruise, offering a one-hour exploration on the water to spot crocodiles, fascinating wildlife, and the remarkable mangrove ecosystem.
A visit to the Daintree Ice Cream Company allows guests to purchase ice cream made from tropical fruit grown on-site, a delightful experience not to be missed.
The day concludes with arrival back in Port Douglas around 5 PM.
