• Helmets are provided and compulsory for every rider. No helmet, no ride.
• Closed, flat, secure shoes are required (running shoes or boots with a slight heel). No barefoot, flip-flops, sandals, pumps, high heels, wedges, or similar footwear.
• Please wear long, fitted pants. Avoid loose or flowing clothing. No dresses or skirts.
• Please disclose any medical conditions we should know about for your safety. Pregnant guests are not permitted to ride.
• Bring sunblock in summer, and something warm in winter.
• There is no drinkable water on the farm. Please bring a water bottle or cold drink for after the ride, especially in summer.
• You may bring a small camera or smartphone for photos, but it must be carried securely. Guests are not allowed off the horse in the wildlife reserve.
• Phones are for photos only. No calls, messaging, or FaceTime while riding. You must stay focused on guiding your horse.
• No smoking or vaping while riding or near the horses, staff, or other guests.
• The ride is walking pace only. In the wildlife reserve, riding is restricted to walking pace by the landowners.
