An easy and enjoyable way to see the highlights of Cape Town - I had a fantastic experience with City Sightseeing South Africa in Cape Town. It’s an excellent way to explore the city comfortably and at your own pace. The routes are well planned and cover all the main highlights, from the city center to stunning coastal areas. The hop-on hop-off system works very well and makes sightseeing easy and flexible. The buses are modern, clean, and offer great views from the upper deck. The audio guide is clear, informative, and available in multiple languages. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was well organized and punctual. A small tip: start early in the day and use the first loop as an overview before deciding where to stop longer. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cape Town, even if not for the first time.

Best hosting tool ever!!! - It was a best hosting tool I offered my guests from Johannesburg. They absolutely enjoyed. I am expecting more guests as the host of the year in my circle... thanks to City Sightseeing Cape Town. Administration issues were handled with highest professionalism I rarely experience... well done; you make CoCT the best ever🥳🥳🥳

Breathtaking views - My trip was fun although it was on a rainy day. I got to experience Capetown from different angles. I wished I had planned better to use my Hop on Hop off day ticket to my advantage but nevertheless it was great. I would highly advise you to get a ticket if you're in Capetown

Great Value and flexibility - Decided to purchase the 2 Day ticket which turned out to be great value as not only did we use it to go to the cable car station for Table Mountain but also took advantage to visit the botanical gardens , beaches and sunset tour up Signal hill and the harbour tour which we couldn’t have done unless we had booked an organised tour which would not have given us the flexibility of the Hop On Hop Off service so would not hesitate to recommend this service

They left without me at 1st stop - 1. I wanted to contact them via Viator and it took 12 or 18 hrs to respond to me. 2. Not enough time to hike to días point mainly to grab a bit to eat and go to the close light house. Rush , rush … for explorers like me that was too little time. After all you name yourselves xplorers right ? 3. Your tour coach left me behind at the first stop this morning. I had to look for a ride , mostly begging people to take me to the next point I hitchhike to the 2nd stop and when I got on the bus to go to the 3rd stop I realized your driver not the guide or the ticket manager realized they have left me behind at the 1st stop. 4. You should mention on your tour itinerary for people could bring a lunch and eat on the bus since it isn’t enough time to explore and hike and or eat at one of the restaurants. You can’t do both due to lack of time. 5. Instead of taking the long route to Cape Point maybe take the short route like on the way back so we tourists from across the world can enjoy this part of the world longer and once in a lifetime experience for many. 6. Or add 30 minutes more to the tour until sunset time. 7. We had to change buses once at water front instead of being dropped off on board the same bus we were picked up. So confusing. A Japanese tourist missed his ride due to this confusion. Consider not everyone speaks English fluently and instructions given by the guides in English only can be misinterpreted or misunderstood.
