• Giraffe House Wildlife Awareness Centre - Visit Giraffe House in Klapmuts. Encounter Monkeys, Meerkats, Eland, Bontebok, Giraffe, Cape Grysbok, Blue Duiker, Springbok (South Africa’s national animal), and many other animals. Enjoy feeding the four resident Giraffes.
• Drakenstein Lion Park - Arrive at Drakenstein Lion Park, where children can observe around 30 Lions, all rescued from mistreatment and circuses. The Chimpanzees here are from Tygerberg Zoo. Please maintain a safe distance from the fence as Chimpanzees may throw objects.
• Fairview Wine and Cheese - Visit Fairview Wine and Cheese Estate. Adults can savor up to 6 wines and a variety of cheeses. Juice tasting is available for children.
• Spice Route Destination - Arrive at Spice Route, a short drive from Fairview, offering a single estate with numerous activities and dining options. We suggest having lunch here. Choose from Barley & Biltong Emporium, La Grapperia Bistro & Pizzeria, Bertus Basson, Spice Route wines, De Villiers Chocolate, and DV Cafe.
• Vergenoegd Low The Wine Estate - Visit Vergenoegd Wine Estate, where adults can enjoy wine tasting while waiting for the Duck Run at 3:30 pm. Vergenoegd is renowned for this Duck Run, which captivates children as they watch 800 ducks parade daily on the estate. Children can also meet the ducklings.
