Keep up the good work - At first we were nervous, having to ride quad bikes in sand for the first time, our tour guide was marvelous Devine was good to us. He is professional and patient. Twin venture thank you for the nice experience. What I did not like is that we had to pay R520 for permit we isn't know as we bought tickets online and it wasn't listed. Otherwise 10 out of 10 Viator, 10 out of 10 sir Devine

Squad bike ride(Atlantis Sand dunes - This is one of the best activities to do in Cape town, I like how they are open and willing to teach you about the do and don'ts at the dune. The bikes are also easy to and friendly to ride. I recommend.

My Quad biking experience was the best. It was my first time in Cape Town and Atlantis Dunes is the place to be. - Best experience ever. The twins were the best. The environment was welcoming and weather played a major role. Am definitely coming back.

Could improve on customer service. - My friend’s bike kept dying( 3 times) on her nobody replaced it and we had only 30 mins of riding instead of 1hr due to bad time management from the team.

Sad - It was a very disappointing experience. I had a reservation for 1:00 PM. When we arrived at the location, the man, showing no interest at all, told us there was a delay and that we should cancel the activity and reschedule for another day, after we had already spent about $40 on a taxi to get there. After a lot of insistence on our part, we were finally able to start the activity at 3:00 PM — yes, 3:00 PM. Right at the beginning, my wife and I were left behind, lost in the middle of the dunes because my bike had no power at all to get through the sand. We were rescued by a guide from another group. After going through all of that, of course the experience was no longer enjoyable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Look for another one.

Worst experience on my birthday. - This was the worst experience I've bad on my stay in Capetown. I did regret booking it. 1stly the area has no other activities near by.its very far. 2ndly I had booked for a 5pm ride as I had other activities prior to that. When I got there by the grace of God there was a guy that helped me from a different company to the one I booked for. He was very kind to help me navigate and wait for the guide from the company I booked for. When they finally arrived 30min later they were already in a mood because they wanted to knock off already. The guy started telling me that he lives far and the area is very dangerous so we should hurry during my 1 hour ride which didnt even make it to an hour because I was already disturbed by what that guys sfiso told me. I think I went for just 15min ride if not less. They should have not allowed me to book for 5pm if they knock off at 5 pm. The tour guys need to also know that the rides are not free so they need to stick to the Job if they cant they should just refund and go on with their lives instead of making the whole experience uncomfortable for customers. Abeg if you plan on going on this ride do not take 5pm ride try earlier and maybe you will get a better experience,because for me if was a waste of my time and money.

Very Poor Service Dont Even try them - If you are going to use this Provider make sure you have 2hours extra to spare with no other activities booked after them. They have the worst services. It was our first time in Cape Town with family. Firstly i did an error when doing my booking and booked same day as i was making the booking not having seen that i didn’t change the date on Avator. Called them they said there is nothing they can do because the booking is within 48hrs. Managed to contact the provider and they were able to understand my error but i had to pay 250 more for each person for rescheduling the correct date. After this there was no communication from them. I had to constantly contact them asking for directions and tickets and they kept saying they would send until a day before going to CPT. They managed to forward the location but still no tickets. Our booked time was 12pm. We got there 30min before our time. Met with a guy Sifiso who had not been told of our arrival. That guy was so busy and could not give a damn about us because he was busy collecting payments from other clients. Mind you we had booked 2 weeks in advance. I called the lady and she said she would contact him. I went back to Sfiso because we were now standing there like statues. He showed me his phone and said our names were still not appearing. There were 5 more clients standing with us who were also having their own issues as well🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️The lady from their office finally contacted him and he came to apologise and only then started paying us attention. It was now 12:30pm and he told us the other group is still not back, as they were lost. 😵‍💫😵‍💫Apparently the guide was new and sent them to a direction they were not supposed to go to and that he was going to look for them like wft😠😠we only started our ride at 2pm which in turn made us late for our Zipline at 3pm. 😠😠😠

The worse experience didn’t even ride. Wasted so much money on uber just to get terrible service didn’t even ride - I didn’t even ride bikes. The service was terrible couldn’t even take pictures atleast wasted my money for even booking
