Table mountain hike - Brilliant hike up table Mountain , quite challenging but Lynette was very encouraging and we learnt so much about the fynbos and the history of the mountain . Early start to avoid the heat and the crowds from the cable car we were at the summit before the first cable car arrived so great photos . Stated at 6.00 am so be prepared for an early start but well worth it

10/10! Would recommend. - We had a fabulous hike with Lynette. She was extremely knowledgable about the mountain and we felt very safe with her! It was really enjoyable! Definitely good to go early and beat the crowds!

Unforgettable Sunrise Hike with OTC Adventures - My experience hiking Table Mountain for sunrise with OTC Adventures was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service from Lynette and our guide, Barry. Lynette was incredibly helpful, proactively suggesting a better day for optimal views and promptly answering all my questions with clear communication. On the day, Barry was fantastic—punctual, picking us up at 6am, and guiding us confidently to the summit before the cable car crowds arrived. His knowledge of the local area, flora, and fauna enriched the experience. Highly recommend OTC Adventures for a well-organized, memorable hike!

Challenging, rewarding hike. - Lynette was super communicative and professional, whilst being personable and friendly. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of South Africa. I was particularly worried about the hike up as I had previously been unwell. Lynette was full of encouragement and positive energy all the way. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were picked up on time and kept informed of any time changes due to the weather and crowds. Lynette also offers other tours and hikes and I wish we had longer in Cape Town to do more with her.

Great guided climb up Table Mountain! - Awesome trip up the mountain! Our guide Liesl was fantastic and told us about the vegetation and history as we climbed up the mountain. We aren’t mountain climbers and this was a strenuous climb at times but Liesl made sure we were comfortable and had a great time doing the climb. Highly recommend!

Hiking Table mountainin the mist - The hike up Platteklip Gorge to the top of Table Mountain with OTC was one of the highlights during our stay in Cape Town, even though the mountain was in cloud and drizzly rain. Our guide Lynette was fantastic, Lynette is a passionate hiker and nature lover she is also positive and encouraging during the hike. Lynette's knowledge of the flora and fauna found on the mountain makes the climb more than just a hike. I will always remember the smell of the Fynbos. Later in the week, we connected with Lynette again for a half day trip to Cape Point, the Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Beach penguins. Once again, Lynette provided an enjoyable and informative tour. Lynette is professional, reliable, and great company. We highly recommend OTC tours.

Unbeatable experience - This is the second time we have used Lynette to show us some of the beautiful spots in Cape Town. 7 years ago she took us up lions head and this year she helped us up the magnificent table mountain. Firstly, she is a wonderful person to be around. She is engaging and calming and knows the mountains so well. Back then, as a first time hiker, she held my hand through the scrambling. This time, she paced us and gave us the breaks we needed whilst also pushing us to hit our target. We are so grateful to her for sharing her love of South Africa and nature with us. I can’t wait to come back again and explore more and we will be asking for Lynette every time!

Amazing hike! - What an amazing hike! Lynette was our guide and she was so good, very informative and aware of our pace and matched accordingly. It’s a tough hike but so worth it. Great to be collected from hotel and returned. Thank you Lynette for a wonderful experience!
