- Clifton Beaches - Continuing along the Atlantic seaboard, we pause at Clifton Beaches, renowned for its pristine white sand. The backdrop is equally breathtaking, with Lion’s Head, one of Cape Town’s most famous mountains, rising directly behind, and the Twelve Apostles looming to the south.
- Duiker Island - Our next destination is Hout Bay Harbour, dotted with fishing boats and yachts. Travelers have the option of an exhilarating boat cruise from Hout Bay Harbour to Duiker Island (at their own expense). The island is home to thousands of wild Cape Fur Seals, which can be viewed up close in their stunning natural habitat.
- Chapman’s Peak Drive - We journey along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most spectacular marine drives globally, featuring numerous lookout stops.
- Cape Point Nature Reserve - Passing through several villages, we proceed to Cape Point Nature Reserve, a World Heritage Site and protected Nature Reserve. It is an area of immense natural beauty, renowned for its indigenous vegetation and rich biodiversity. Ostriches, baboons, and antelope inhabit this natural environment.
- Cape Point - Enjoy a leisurely hike (or take a funicular ride at your own expense) to the historic lighthouses, while soaking in the breathtaking seascapes.
- Cape of Good Hope - Relish a photo stop at the most southwestern point of the African continent, characterized by rugged mountains and stunning seascapes.
- Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - We continue our day on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula to Boulders Beach Sanctuary, one of the best places to observe and enjoy African penguins. After the penguin excursion, time is spent at one of the many local restaurants to enjoy lunch (at your own expense).
- Muizenberg Beach - Our journey takes us through fishing villages, including Muizenberg. Muizenberg is the birthplace of surfing in South Africa and proudly hosts a surfing community. It is an excellent spot for longboarding and perfect for beginners. Departing Muizenberg, we enjoy a 30-minute drive back to our starting point for drop-off.
