The tour was fantastic.... - The tour was fantastic. Don’t plan to take a hat or bag with you on the helicopter. Just your phone and sunglasses

Unforgettable family experience! Must do! - Unbelievable once in a lifetime family experience! From booking to check-in to safety briefing to the heli, take off, landing, playing in the snow & right through to landing again every person we spoke with made the experience so so special! We can not thank you enough - mid way through our 1 month holiday in the South Island this is by far the stand out! Our pilot was informative, entertaining & also a great photographer. He also took extra care to ensure our kids ears weren’t too sore from popping on the way back. Two days later we are still in awe of such an incredible place. It makes us proud to be kiwi! We’ll definitely be back for heli skiing once the kids are a bit older. Highly recommended to all!

Just breathtaking - It was so special being on a helicopter flight since it was our first time. We couldn‘t be luckier with the weather. It was so impressive and the views just breathteaking. The landing on the glacier was a once in a lifetime experience. On our way back we came up really close to Mount Cook and the pilot was indeed looking for climbers who got buried by an avalanche. 😔
Special thanks of course to the pilot who navigated us safely and smoothly through the mountains and thanks to the whole crew of Inflite Ski Planes Limited. 🫶🏻

Stunning scenery, absolutely amazing experience organised by staff who really care about their clients. - All the staff were so accomodating to ensure we got to do the helicopter flight. My husband was originally doing the flight on his own and when I changed my mind and decided to go at the last minute I was going to have to do the flight on my own. Then an opening became available for us to fly together so they actually pulled him from the briefing before his flight so that we could fly together 2 hours later. I so appreciated them making it happen for us. I had never flown in a helicopter before and was quite nervous but we both absolutely loved it. The scenery was just stunning, one of the best tourist experiences we have ever done anywhere in the world. I was so happy that we were able to do it together.

Up close to fascinating geological formations - Knowledgeable pilot Simon took us up close to some fascinating geology - the Mt Cook face and the Tasman Glacier including a 15min stop on the glacier surface to walk around and take photos. At reception Kirby(?) managed our booking as weather changes are often a factor. Very smooth operation. The view from the helicopter is amazing and a unique, memorable experience.

Disappointing due to the severe visual impairment - A flight over the glacier world of Aoraki/Mount Cook should be an unforgettable and unique adventure – one that you want to capture with photos. After all, you pay a considerable price for that. Today’s combined flight, consisting of a sightseeing flight by plane and the subsequent change to the helicopter on the glacier, was, however, far from satisfactory.
With a bit of bad luck, you sit on the same side twice and thus have virtually no opportunity to photograph Mount Cook. Even more serious, however, was the placement in the helicopter: In the middle seat, it is completely impossible to take pictures. Visibility is severely limited, and the whole flight loses much of its value as a result.
The subsequent complaint was unfortunately not understood or taken seriously by the manager, which further reinforced the disappointing overall impression.
For an experience advertised as the highlight of a trip, this is not acceptable in this form.
