Great time caving! - We had an absolute blast with Canmore Cave Tours! The whole experience was thrilling, exciting, and unlike anything we’ve done before. My daughter and I are both a little claustrophobic, and the guides were incredibly supportive from the start. They gave us helpful tips and tricks to stay calm and enjoy the experience, which made a huge difference. The team was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. They explained the cave formations, the history, and the environment in a really engaging way. Everything was also very well organized—from getting us properly fitted with the right gear to making sure everyone felt safe and prepared before heading into the cave. It ended up being such a fun adventure and a great memory for us to share together. I would absolutely recommend Canmore Cave Tours to anyone looking for something unique and exciting to do in the area!

No Diamonds - Annie was a great tour guide, and we had a blast traveling through the cave system and trying all the challenges along the way. That cave has safety lines along the way so it's perfect for inexperienced cavers too. The only thing that would make this tour perfect would be if they provided a minibus to the cave entrance, but they do arrange taxis instead.

Unforgettable Experience - The experience was amazing! Snow and code weather made hiking a bit hard but manageable. Our guide was professional, instruction was clear and helpful, we finished the tour a little longer, but we made it! We have 11 years old boy in the group, he did a great job. Highly recommended if you visit Canmore.

Really great experience - We had a group of 14 men do this activity . Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Your fitness level will be outed from a flexibility and strength standpoint. If you are not in good shape this will probably push your limits. Annie and her two co divers were awesome thanks

Highly recommend! - This is a super cool tour and well worth the time and money. It was a bit more strenuous than anticipated and there are some tight spaces (I was with my 11-year old son and 72-year old mother) so be aware that there is some physical exertion required. But it's worth it! The views up the mountain are beautiful and the cave is pretty incredible. Our guide John was excellent and very knowledgeable.

The experience was... - The experience was amazing! John, our cave guide, was super knowledgeable and friendly. Expect the activity to be quite physical, but kids and older folks on our tour were still able to finish the tour easily. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Banff.

Exceptional guiding from experienced cavers - Emily was an exceptionally talented tour guide. She's funny, calm and patient, and had "the touch" with every member of our group, including a neurodivergent individual. Canmore Caves is lucky to have her. The tour itself was great, although I would recommend it to individuals who are reasonably fit. Wearing shoes with traction is also highly advised.

Sarah was an excellent cave guide. - This was probably the most memorable activity my sister and I did. Scary, informative, exertive, fun and our best conversation topic for days to come. Sarah was awesome at explaining along the way and preparing us for sights and activities. I would just remind people that this requires strength and balance. I want to experience the world in new ways and this did not disappoint.

Caving in Canmore - This was one of the most amazing adventures my husband and I did! It pushed us to our physical and at times psychological limits for tight spaces. My only critique is ensure those who book the Adventure Tour are aware of how physically demanding it will be. While we did fine- our 4.5 hour tour took almost 8 hours because one member of our group was large and not physically fit. The group had to stop every 15 minutes and wait for the guide to assist him and give him extra rest breaks.

Terrible Tour!! Will not recommend to ANYONE! - Extremely strenuous hike and cave tour, wouldn't recommend even for moderately fit people. Even very fit 20 some year olds who traveled in our group just wanted the tour to end. They said they had previous hiking experience, and this one was horrible. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and insensitive. The ease/description of the tour and hike is quite underplayed. The cave is very wet and cold, especially if it rains. Please DO NOT fall for the pics or description.
