In particular, I would like to highlight and thank Sabrina, who works at the support point located in the centre of Gramado, on Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Her care was simply formidable — a spectacular, caring, dedicated, and extremely prepared professional. It was Sabrina who introduced and sold us the Tour of Colonial Roots of the region, a tour that we simply loved. None of the attendants of the other unit, on Rua das Hortensias, had offered us this tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. In addition, we were not the only ones to praise: other people who were with us also commented on Sabrina’s exceptional care, awarding her “1000” for attention, sympathy and professionalism. I would also like to make a suggestion with affection and respect: It would be wonderful if the Brocker Agency could expand and improve the comfort of this point of service on Avenida Borges de Medeiros, especially with the air-conditioning installation. This would bring more convenience to both the customers and Sabrina herself, who represents the agency with such excellence. I recommend - Good travel agency, take in some shopping stores and explain the history of the lodge where the tour was done! In the transfer from the airport from Porto Alegre to Gramado also explained everything certain and always available for questions. I recommend.
