Booking process with Paradise Adventours is a mess. Contact phone number doesn’t work. Even with booking confirmation on Monday 9.30am, the tour for Tuesday didn’t get processed. So we postponed to Wednesday and we were told to wait at Super Aki Tulum at 8:50am but nobody showed up until 10am. Hopefully we will get a refund. The website is also rubbish. Tours to Chitzen Itza are clearly on offer, the money gets blocked on the credit card, but allegedly there is no such tour.

We really liked Tulum ( and the guide there) and the cenote experience but we had to change the minivan three times ( on a half day trip) and were constantly rushed. We were told several times ( the driver yelled from the bus) to rush changing at the cenote and after our first bite while having the snack we were told that our ride is ready so we couldn’t even eat. Also at the cenote the english speaking guide stayed with the Spanish group and the one who hardly spoke English stayed with the English speaking group.
