Breathtaking - I was worried this 12 hour excursion was going to zap all of my energy but it didn’t at all. There’s plenty of traveling to each destination so there’s down time to recover. Our tour guide, Moises was super fun and silly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Tulum and Cobá were absolutely breathtaking. Lunch was delicious and the cenote was a little chilly but incredibly beautiful. I’m so glad we went and would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

You dont want to miss this one! - FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Millie (Mildred) our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. She was upbeat, funny, enthusiastic, and friendly. Our driver Carlos was also exceptional. Pick up and drop off was seamless and whole day went absolutely perfect. The included lunch was actually pretty good and exceeded our expectations. This is an amazing tour and I would highly recommend taking it.

An absolutely awesome one day trip to do - We have enjoyed this one day trip very much. Both tour guides as well as the driver made it memorable, enjoyable, interesting, and yet very relaxing. The schedule is tight but they have not stressed for a second and made everything happen. If you are looking for one day activity while staying in the area, that is definitely the one to choose. You get the most exposure to Mayan civilization and cenotes all in one package.

excellent small group + well- guided experience - it is great experience with a group of 10 people. Tour guide Angel is very knowledgeable and guided our trip very well. It was a very immersive experience with small group. All places are amazing. We can go down to the front of cenote to take pictures, if we do not swim! This means a lot! ps. We don't like the food

The travel time to get... - The travel time to get started was a bit long, but it was well worth the 2 hour travel time. The sites were phenomenal, the weather perfect. The tour guide (Matilda) was friendly and knowledgeable. The road to/from the Cenote was a bit rough - but the trip was worth it. Excellent food at the Cenote.

Awesome tour - The trip was very intriguing. The only thing that I would say is during tour very little English was spoken so didn't know what was going on.

We did not get what we paid for. - The program included Mayan ceremony which we did not get. As well as we did not get the cocoa grinding. Tulum and Coba part was good. Otherwise, it was passable, although the food that was served for a very late lunch was almost inedible. And after this trip I ended up at the hospital with severe gastro-intestinal infection. Which cost me hell of a lot of money.

Poorly organized. - There is a LOT more walking in the hot sun than was described. This tour should only be done in ONE language, as so much time was wasted for everyone while the tour guide spoke in a language half the group didn't understand. It might be good for the tour operators to squish two language groups together, but it is not AT ALL good for the people paying for the tour. Badly organized, as lunch wasn't served until 3:30 p.m., then the Cenote swim immediatly afterwards. The tour should be switched around so you eat earlier and then have time to digest before going swimming. Also, giving us the water AFTER two hours in the sun was almost dangerous.

Poor communication - If you get sick and not able to attend the tour operator will stop communicating with you about rescheduling or refund. Me and my sister fell sick with poisoning before this happened the tour operator was messaging me back communicating really well with me. The morning of the tour is when we started feeling sick like around 3 or 4 that morning. I immediately sent a message to the operator I felt it would be best if we didn't attend because at that time we didn't know if it was a bug going around so we didn't want to take the chance of getting any else sick. The operator never responded since then I have sent several more messages still with no response. So I contacted support they replied back and I have messages to back it up and they stated that I am approved for a refund they are just waiting for the tour operator to authorize the refund and that they will let me know when everything is finalized that was on yesterday. Fast forward to today i still have not heard anything so I sent a message to both the operator and support and again the operator didn't and still have not responded but support did and they stated that I was approved for the refund but unfortunately they are unable to issue a refund because the operator will not authorize. If the operator didn't want to give a refund at least communicate with me like they was doing before I asked for a refund I plan on coming back in May we could have rescheduled or something but to ignore me is wrong and because I have a email stating I was approved for the refund I have disputed this charge with my bank.
