Tour Review - This was a great tour. Lots of fun and very informative. They closed the top to keep us cooler. English was very clear and understandable.

Just ok - This excursion was just OK. We did feel safe, which is what we were looking for as a family of six with four kids in tow. The destinations were lackluster, though. The Benito Juarez Square, we had hardly any time to walk around and shop, and it seems like our tour guide had a deal with local shop owners to keep us contained to one area. Everybody was trying to overcharge us for things. We felt like just a giant dollar sign around. The second stop, the tequila tasting, was pretty disappointing. We had envisioned something where we would be able to walk around and explore a little on our own, but it was really just a dirty little area with a small display of mayan history, and then a large emphasis on the tequila. It felt like a sales gimmick the whole time. The beach was the best part, but we only had an hour there, and that included time to get lunch. Our tour started late, and this is where we lost the most time. The beach destination was the same company as the bus, Kuzu. If I were to do it all over again, I would just book a day at the Kuzu Beach resort or another similar resort to do with our family. It was neat getting to see different areas Cozumel and hear from our guide, Andy, but everything felt very rushed. Our tour guide was friendly and we felt safe, which is again the main thing that we were looking for.

Poor communications and beach site management third rate. - No reference to tour operator name on the documentation provided [Kuza]; The stay at at the beach was too short to appreciate, even if you did not eat there. The beach was overly crowded and finding a chair.or palapa on our own, was a time consuming struggle. No section was reserved in advance for the tour's clients. No attempt was made by the guide to search and identify us at the meeting point [as if he was uninformed of our confirmed booking]. We had to look for the guide so we could finally join the group. Poor communications and beach site management third rate.

Acceptable - We went with Margaritaville at Sea. (which charges 79.00 for the tour) We went to a tequila tasting, which was good, shopping in downtown cozumel, and a beach break. It is advertised as a hop on off off trolley, but this is not the case. There are three stops, pre-planned. The tour was OK, but not worth 79.00. We enjoyed the tequila tasting and the guide there the most. The restaurant we went to near the shopping area had good fish tacos....and good mint lemonade.

Not bad but not great - Folks are quite friendly and the tour is easy but not very interesting. We mage three stops and it was OK for a little shopping and exposure to a Mayan village and an hour plus at a beach resort.

Unorganized - Very disappointed in this shore excursion as we were supposed to be picked up at the International Pier where our ship Celeberty Silhouette was docked but the open top tour bus never showed up. After talking to your tour guides they said the bus never came to our location and went to another pier where Royal Caribbean ship was docked. Then they tried to get us on a later bus at 1 pm but it booked up and we had to end up booking and paying for a shorter 3 hour tour not even an open topped bus but a closed transport bus. We were very disappointed with this whole excursion as we booked a 10:30 3 hour tour and didn't end up leaving until 11:30. I have attached a photo of my original photo of my original ticket and would hope to receive a refund or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as we tried contacting customer service and it kept going to voice mail 😪

Didn’t happen - It didn’t happen. Our ship docked at 8 and the time to meet was 8:10 with start time of 8:30. We could not get there at that time because hundreds of people were getting off the ship. When we arrived no one was there for this tour and finally we found a lady with a company called Kuza who said we missed our tour. She took a picture of our tickets and said she would get it to the company, who knows. Really disappointing and a damper on our trip
