Long day - It was a very long day. Tulum was good but the lunch stop, Cenote and Playa del Carman were a little disappointing.

Nice trip but prolonged - The organisation of the trip was excellent, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. However, the day felt unnecessarily prolonged due to a two-hour stop at Playa del Carmen on the return journey. As a western traveller, the shopping street offered little of interest and did not add value to the experience. Ending the tour around 6:00 pm would have been far more comfortable, whereas the late finish at 8:30 pm made the day long and tiring.

Hot and average - It was hot and expensive. It lasted a bit over an hour, and it was pretty crowded. There were English and Spanish tours. The staff was nice but took a while to explain multiple things. Overall, it was cool but very very humid.

Tulum and Playa del carmen are over-rated! - We found the Tulum ruins not to be that great, especially compared to Chitzenitza or Uzmal. Nice view but also could not see the inside of any of them…Playa del Carmen was just a tourist trip, and the Cenotes were just so-so. The lunch was the best part.
