Snorkeled for the first time and had so much fun! - Overall we had a great time. Our snorkeling guide, Carlos Pineapple, was great. The boat captain, Emilio, was very funny and knowledgeable. He stayed with me in the water while the rest of the group went looking for something and I was by myself just looking around the area I was in. We really enjoyed our trip with them. Parasailing was so much fun! We were both nervous at first, but it ended up being absolutely breathtaking. The only negative here was at the end. There was a woman showing me the photos they took and when I asked her questions, she had a bad attitude. I didn’t buy photos because she made that part so bad honestly. Overall, we did have fun though.

Great Experience, worth the price! - I booked the experience with my own transportation, I just took a taxi from my hotel to the Marina. I was asked to show up at 8, the total snorkeling is separate from parasailing, started at 9, we were provided good quality equipment, tested it, and then went on the boat. WE stopped at 5 snorkeling locations: underwater cenotes, coral reef, underwater statues, turtle watching, and then ship wreck. It was exactly what was promised: "Total Snorkeling". We were back to marina around 11:30 and parasailing boat was expecting us. Parasailing lasted about 13 minutes in the air, and we saw turtles and sting rays from up above. Everything was great, and the event ended at 12 as originally planned. I loved the photos, and purchased the package for both activities.

Deisy and Juan snorkeling experience - Thank you so much!! - Deisy our guide was amazing, she made sure we were able to see all of the awesomeness of the ocean bottom while also keeping my family safe. Thank you to Juan our captain for getting us out to sea and back safely and showing us all the cool spots and animal life in the sea along the way!! Thank you both for everything, we will most definitely be back to experience this again, we had the best time!!!

A great opportunity to snorkel & parasail...all in ONE day! - Our group of four really enjoyed really enjoyed thos excursion. It was professionally-run, polite staff, sturdy equipment and clean facilities. We saw sea turtles, huge schools of fish and even a shipwreck while snorkeling. But the parasailing was my favorite part of the excursion. They can provide you with photos or video of your adventure for a few, if you like. Lockers are available to store your valuables in if need be. Mauricio was our guide in the water for the snorkeling. He was very considerate, kept a watchful eye over everyone and made me feel safe. One note, in my opinion, this excursion is not for kids.

Great for first time - Great experience for our first time in Mexico or doing this type of activities. Our ride from the hotel was a van with 7 others. Had plenty of time to change and get life vest and do quick training in the water by the dock. The guide and captain and photographer were great. We made four stops and saw fish, turtles, canotes, sculptures and shipwreck.
The parasail was great...very quite after the noisy boats... Not scary at all. If I could change a thing I would do a little less snorkel and a little more time in the air.

Perfect! - Both of our experiences with parasailing and snorkeling were amazing! The people were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. For the snorkeling we were with Daisy’s group and had so much fun! We were able to see at least 5 sea turtles on our trip including a juvenile one :) they even had a photographer that dove under water to get some really awesome photos of us which we were happy to pay for afterwards! The only downside was a sunburn. A really great experience!

Very professional, high-quality snorkel and parasail experience! - Very professional, excellent excursion! Total Snorkel runs outings throughout the day and we did a snorkel trip with Carlos (guide, excellent) and Mauro (boat captain) and Mike was the fantastic photographer who came along. We did 4 stops all nearby: a reef, a sea turtle feeding area, a sinkhole, and a sunken ship. All were excellent; I would have loved a bit more time at the reef. We saw at least 10 sea turtles, which was fabulous. I really loved having a dedicated photographer come with us. He took all the great underwater pictures, and also got pictures and video of each of us.
After that trip, we came back to the dock and went out pretty quickly with one other couple for parasailing. It was so lovely and peaceful. A great trip overall!

Excellent excursion! - We did the combination 5-in-1 snorkeling and parasailing. This was my favorite excurision of the trip!
We had an incredibly positive experience with Snorkle Cancun. Friendly and helpful staff, great guide, and a well organized dock system with several tours happening.
Like others have said, Daisy was a fantastic snorkeling guide. She was able to spot several turtles and other great fish, and I never had trouble keeping up with her. We had plenty of time at each dive (4 stops, one had 2 sites to see). We saw tons of different fish and several turtles. I never felt rushed. We took our own underwater camera and another couple had a GoPro - we were able to use them as much as we wanted. The team wanted to ensure everyone had a great experience.
The parasailing was great - very easy and well explained process. The staff was friendly, competent, and responsible. The ride was smooth and fun - not scary at all. They video your entire ride with sound, and you can choose to purchase it at the end.
We did not experience any pressure whatsoever to buy the photos or even to pose for any photos. The people at the counter showed us the photos and videos, but they were respectful, explained the options (you can choose video and photos of both or just photos of one part, etc. I think thenwhole set - videos and pictures from bith was $100). The photos were great quality - we just didn't need to spend the money and that was respected. If our kids had been with us, I probably wouldt have spent the money.

A Great Time - Had an amazing time snorkeling with Chuy, Angel, and Barracuda! They were fun, attentive and patient with our group of 8 that included 2 tweens. Parasailing was beautiful although a little less personable. Only downside was the wait in between activities and the cost for pictures. For our group, they wanted to charge $160 just for the snorkeling pics.
