Snorkeling - Came here for vacation with my partner and she wanted to go snorkeling and they didn’t disappoint at all it was super amazing and If you have the time and chance I suggest book them it’s so worth it super professional and very friendly shout out Enrique our travel guide

Amazing snorkel trip for our family with excellent guide and photographer - We had a fantastic trip with Total Snorkel, Cancun. We are a family with children ages 7 and 9 who had never been snorkelling before. We picked this company based on the great reviews we had seen and feel this was a great decision. Our hotel wasn't listed on the pick up spots but this was no issue at all - we were still collected from our hotel lobby. (Majestic elegance, Costa Mujeres). The minibus we travelled in was clean and very nice. The check in at the snorkel centre was great. Super organised and very clear on what to do. We had a practise there to check our snorkels and fins were a good fit before heading out. There were only 8 of us in our group, the four of us and two other couples. When we saw other snorkel groups with huge amounts of people we realised how lucky we were to have gone with a company who did smaller groups. The snorkel spots were all relatively close by to each other and were fantastic. We saw so much - a beautiful reef, several of the MUSA statues, sea turtles and a shipwreck. We had a fabulous guide Daisy who made all of the above even more special; she pointed out starfish, lobster, stingrays and found the turtles so we could all swim with them. We also had a photographer/videographer, Alex, with us who was lovely. We decided before we went to buy the pictures and videos he was going to take ($80 for digital copies of everything he took of us). You didn't have to do this and there was no pressure to do so. He got so many photos and videos of us with fish, turtles and the statues as well as family shots of us all from underwater as well. Overall we had the best experience we could have asked for. Our seven year old said it was: "the most funnest thing I've done in my life so far!" It exceeded all of our expectations and we only wished we had have taken more cash to give them a bigger tip! Thank you Total Snorkel for a fantastic trip!

Loved the shipwreck! - Of everything we did the shipwreck was the absolute best. Of course, however my phone was dead, and I could not record which really disappointed me. Considering how much seaweed there was the water was absolutely pristine and I imagine probably is even better in better times of the year. Definitely something I will do again. I don’t feel like we saw enough of MUSA, however, I may have been blinded because of the seaweed. The only thing that I can recall, scene was the peace signs, not much else so that part was disappointing. I sat out of one activity because the water was so dark, but that of course is not the tour operators fault at all. I will definitely do this excursion again, but during the time of year that affords better water conditions, however, the shipwreck is a do not miss spot!!!

It was an absolutely... - It was an absolutely wonderful experience, perfect for those who have never snorkeled before too. I don't remember the name of our tour guide/instructor but she was kind, knowledgeable and caring about our entire group. The same can be said for the captain of the boat, and the photographers. Also, I had a driver pick me up via van at the hotel; it was great and no issues. Thank you so much for sharing the secrets your beautiful ocean coast holds.

Wonderful experience with kids - We had a great experience, very good equipment and actually encouraged to me to use air, which was better than my home snorkel I brought. For the kids and even a nervous adult on our boat they had full face masks. The shorter stops were great with kids and they had different life jacket options depending on who wanted to dive. For my 7 year old the guide carried a ring she could hold onto whenever she wanted. Could have been towed the whole time if desired. Daisy our guide was great. The boat driver was also wonderful.

Best snorkeling in Cancun! - We loved this experience. It was top-notch. I think our guide was Mao. We had a bad diving experience at Aqua World. It was like a cattle car, the first dive was 3.5 hours before we got in the water.

Got Sea Sick and Still Had An Amazing Experience! - We were offered pick up right from our hotel and brought to the Marina where the boat and guides were waiting. There are bathrooms and showers on site. The guides ensured our equipment was functioning prior to leaving by having us do a brief check right off the dock. Deisy, our snorkel guide, was awesome. She was funny, sweet and made sure to keep the group safe. We were brought to several snorkeling sites and even saw sea turtles. I really enjoyed being in a smaller group (9 of us total). It allowed for more efficiency and a personalized experience. I am 47 years old now so the “Party Boat” atmosphere of some of the other Snorkeling packages didn’t appeal to me like this one did. This snorkeling adventure was quaint and perfect for what we were looking for. I have to give an extra big shout out to the Boat Captain, Eusebio. Unfortunately, I got very sea sick by the third snorkeling destination. It was an unexpected surprise since I never used to get sea sick. Thankfully, the boat Captain ensured me that he could take me back to the dock ASAP since we were less than 15 minutes away. Everyone else stayed behind to snorkel and he rushed me to land. As soon as he got me to the dock another guide was waiting to help me up and even brought me a bubbly water. I felt so taken care of by the staff. My husband ended up having the best time and even purchased the photos/videos that were made during our adventure. Our driver took us to our hotel immediately after the excursion was over. He was very pleasant as well. Overall, this was a great experience minus the awful and unexpected sea sickness of course!

Best Experience of Our Life - Keeke, Baracuda, and our photographer did an amazing job on our trip. We went mid may, and the water felt great, we got to swim with sea turtles, see a ton of fish, and even an eel. Our tour only had 4 tourists and 3 guys working so we were so taken care of! The photos and videos turned out cool to. best thing we did in Cancun, and best snorkeling experience ever.

Overall - it was a good experience!! I would go there again - The snorkeling experience overall was very pleasant - we saw a lot of really cool things! Only piece of feedback I would give, is explaining the process better at the beginning - we were kind of left wondering what was happening along the way until we got on the boat - then things were quite smooth. We were asked to leave our bags on the dock and get into the water and then we'd leave; we of course were not going to leave our bags on the dock unattended. We found out later, the reason was that we were just going into the water for a quick fit test and then our bags could come on the boat with us. But it took quite a bit of conversation and help with translation to understand. So explaining the purpose of getting in the water right off the dock first would've been very helpful as the whole group was quite confused as to what was happening.
