• Upon arrival, please identify the line for payed customers or customers with valid reservations, so you wont have to wait on the general line.
• You are a payed customer, so please upon arrival, head directly to the host and show him/her your entrance ticket or voucher, this will help them identify you as a payed customer and provide you access.
• Please consider your airline’s check-in and documentation time when booking your lounge access. We recommend allowing enough time to complete all required airport procedures before entering the lounge, as this time may reduce your overall stay.
• During busy travel times, the lounge may experience high demand. Access is guaranteed, but seating areas may be assigned based on availability
• This lounge is located in a specific terminal. Please ensure your flight departs from the correct terminal before booking, as access between terminals is restricted.
• Guests are responsible for monitoring their own boarding time. We recommend leaving the lounge with sufficient time to reach your gate.
• Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
