Noah and his crew 5 star! - Noah and his crew did an excellent job with the whole trip. We went snorkeling before getting to the island and I felt very safe and cared for. The time at the island might be an hour longer than I’d like but the beach there is BEAUTIFUL. The buffet at the beach club was good. Wine is not included in the free drinks just fyi.

Must do excursion in Mexico 🇲🇽 - Went for the day and had a lot of fun experiencing the snorkeling, swimming at the island, shopping and the food. The beach was great, although it was busy it didn’t feel overwhelming or super crowded because there was so much beach to swim in. During snorkeling you get to see the fish and statues under the water. You’re guided in a group and get to have a fun experience swimming from where the boat drops you off to where it picks you up as it’s not allowed to swim over the coral. You get food from the buffet options, but you can still order more food or other food while there. Victor and the crew were very kind and friendly. Very chill, funny and easy to talk to. 10/10, I would do it again if I were to come to Mexico.

If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. - More than an excursion, it seemed to me like cattle being transported, in a rush and all geared toward trying to squeeze the maximum economic return out of the tourist. Not to mention the great disappointment of the island, we honestly expected much more, since it was shown as an idyllic place. Nothing could be further from the truth, as it is constant harassment of the tourist. A shame, because the place must have been idyllic at one time, but not today. At least the color of the water made up for the rest; I don't mean financially, I mean having wasted a day in a country as beautiful as this one. And below I leave you some comments in case they can help you improve: 1- You shouldn't be continuously ferrying people back and forth as if the catamaran were a bus. If the excursion needs to be more expensive, then make it so, but you should have accompanied us around the island the whole time and gone snorkeling at different spots. 2- You cannot go snorkeling in a rush (precisely to meet ferry schedules) and practically being scolded. I'll have you know that I have snorkeled and dived in a multitude of places (including the Caribbean) and this has been the worst experience. 3- There were customers who didn't get off to snorkel thinking they would have the opportunity to do so later on the island, nothing could be further from the truth. 4- When I was finally peacefully enjoying a beer, someone from the crew who didn't identify himself, didn't ask if I wanted the service or not, took my beer away and made me pose with my wife to later try to sell me the photos... until I got tired and told him to stop already. 5- On the way back I ordered a rum and coke that was reasonably good, and when I ordered the second one I had to throw it away; it was poison. 6- And to finish the subject of tips, which we have been giving generously since we arrived, but notice the coincidence that my wife did some shopping and we ran out of pesos. Obviously, after what I am telling you, I was not going to give him a €50 bill, which was the bill I had at that moment. Well, I had to put up with them passing the little box to me even when I was getting off the boat and some joking comment. So, at the dock, I called the person who was passing the box aside and gave them my most sincere opinion of the excursion with all the politeness possible. Their comment was that they would bring it to the captain's attention, and mine was that I would let the agency know. Regards
