Great company - Was amazing experience, Maria was our sales person, very attentive, fast response, the tour was everything they say we love the company, send you reminders, and check on you if you're were able to pick up on time at the meeting point, we use the same for Xcaret and definitely used again! Highly recommend

Family Dream Come True🤗 - We had an excellent time, the Chocolate Guide was also excellent the veryyy friendly driver everything was wonderful thank you very much... Very nice places.... Delicious food, wonderful landscapes and color of the seawater....

Great itenarary and value for money - Great itenarary and value for money l, however be careful with the transportation, there minivan was over crowded and has to use front middle seat next to driver and tourguide had to sit on top of cooler box in the back. Take environmental friendly water bottle and plastic water bottles not allowed in Telum ruins and there are no water fountains there! The cenotes were fantastic as well as the Mother Nature Sculpture and Telum. Lunch in the cave was awesome too. Overall a great excursion l.

Great day - This was a long day and it didn’t dissapoint. Omar was our tour guide and he was very fun. The ruins were, well, ruins, lol. The iguanas climbing or resting on them everywhere made it even more scenic. But, the cenotes were the highlight for sure. The caves were awesome! Geraldo was our guide through the Casa Tortuga cenotes…. The stop at the sculpture took too long, but,Omar did take a great video of us, sooo… I could’ve been fine without the stop in Playa del Carmen as the locals hound you to buy.

I'm fine - Good tour but like any tour, time is a pressing factor. Very nice property. The areas of continuity would be punctuality in departures and accompaniment because when leaving Tulum it is not clear which exit is and I made a mistake, walking many kilometers in vain. More water as a courtesy. In general I was good.

Good tour option. - If you are the type of traveller that can’t be bothered to create a personal itinerary. Pros: Itinerary sorted. See heaps in a day. Lunch, water, and boxed snack included. Organised guides. Comfy coach. Knowledgeable guides. Cons: Lose time doing group pick up alone (3 hours approx going round picking up). Average LATE (3PMish) lunch. Taxes (although disclosed on purchase) Hotel pick up does not happen of you are out of the way. For someone with time constraints like myself, this was the best option for me.
