Visit the beautiful downtown of Isla Mujeres for some free time. At approximately 4pm, begin your trip back to the mainland from where you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Extra care - I had a medical issue when I was on the trip. The staff did everything they could to help me. They spoke English which was helpful.

Great half day trip with only 10 of us. Bliss! Beautiful beach with clear water. - Only 10 of us on the catamaran. Great day. Snorkelling was ok but hardly any marine life. Carlos and crew were great and the drinks flowed all the time. The beach at the island was amazing. Talcum powder white sand and crystal clear water.

Perfect activity for having fun - An amazing experience ! If you want to have fun you are at the good place, all the staff was really kind even though we were the only two French/ English speakers.
Our captain Abraham was so nice and fun !

Great experience - BAM, wad a fun Facilitator. We saw so many turtles swimming by the boat.
It was crazy windy, lots of waves but I did snorkel!
Buffet & drinks on the island were satisfactory.
The golf cart was $85 USD, apparently you can rent cheaper, but we didn't mind paying more, as BAM knew where to go & make sure we are back on time
O recommend this tour!

Amazing sea experience - Best experience the guys were really nice! We picked some travelers from a different hotel that were younger and much more rowdy! So you knew we have a good time!

Life of the party - First off, this trip was absolutely hilarious and extremely fun. Lucky for us, everyone else had booked a full day tour so we got upgraded from a half day to a full day for free which was great. The way to snorkeling was fun; however, when snorkeling we were not given fins and were not divided into groups. So, it was really a really big group of people. If you want to do a full snorkel tour, I would suggest getting a tour that purely does snorkeling. Nevertheless, the beach was fun, the food was good, and the tour guides were fun, welcoming, and charismatic. Our tour guide in particular was the life of the party and dancing - it was amazing. While other reviews say people of the island are pushy, I wouldn’t. They don’t try to keep asking after a first no nor do they get offended. Everyone my boyfriend and I interacted with were extremely friendly. I would recommend bringing pesos to the island for souvenirs or snacks (paletas are always a must). The beach they drop you off at is extremely close to playa Norte, which I personally liked better. We did not rent a golf cart and with the limited amount of time there, unless if you want to go to the other side of the island, walking works great. The drinks were good! And the way back was amazing! 100% recommend for a fun day of food, beach, and drinks!

Fun for all! - Tour guide was amazing and fun! Water was rough and made snorkeling difficult but it was still a fun adventure! Touring the island on a golf cart was another exciting adventure!

Could of been better if it was not raining - It rained and we were not able to see the Island and rent golf carts. I enjoyed the snorkeling. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

We signed up for the 5... - We signed up for the 5 hour trip. They begged us to go on the 7 hour trip. I found out it was because they overbooked our trip. I said no to the 7 and they crammed us on a small boat. Then we had to wait for a different boat to take us back to Cancun. The drinks were very watered down. The trip was nice but disorganized and chaotic.

Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Service Experience 😞 - I was really looking forward to this catamaran cruise to Isla Mujeres, but unfortunately, I never even got the chance to board. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t park in the garage something that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time even I told the security guard in the parking garage I will miss the boat he said I can’t park here, later on a lady said I should pay to park, it was a free parking spot and they didn’t told me I have to pay I would pay since I drove two and half hours to get there and I have already book the activity.I tried to find a solution, I even asked to do another boat activity in Cancun since I had only this activity planned for the day, they only one they had was the speed boat, the lady tried to help she even gave me the captain number but he didn’t answered the phone when i tried to tell him what’s going on .As a result, I missed the boat.
To make things worse, they refused to issue a refund or offer any kind of compensation, even though the situation was beyond my control. It felt like they were more interested in keeping the money than making sure guests were taken care of.
