I'm super happy with Happy Shuttle. - Excellent service. I use Happy Shuttle every time I go to Cancun. They take care of you from your arrival to your departure. The staff will confirm with you, then reconfirm again, the specific pickup location, time, etc... round-trip. Drivers are polite and professional. The staff will even give you advice and directions on what to do at the airport to protect yourself from dishonest people. I will continue to go with this company in the foreseeable future.

Awesome Shuttle Service! - We originally had a mishap with the hotel transportation service right before our trip. A quick Google and Happy Shuttle came up. The process was smooth and hassle free. There was amazing communication from each person and made my friend and I feel at ease! We will book with Happy Shuttle again!

Only 5 stars because of Erik Perera - I have to write two reviews. I want to thank Erik Perera for providing excellent above and beyond service and having a positive professional demeanor, clean beautiful ac car, knowledgeable and superb driver of all as a whole. Thank you Erik- give that man a raise and applaud him for his daily job. Thanks to him - possible redemption on the terrible service I originally received from arriving in Cancun- getting hounded in the airport and then having to stand in the heat waiting for my supposed car that took 45 mins but yet they said someone will be waiting for you with a sign - look for green shirt and khakis. I didn’t complain/ I stood there over their so called 10 minute rule and WAITED. Then after all that hassle and stressful flight to get into a hot car with barely any air. Fine I’m finally where I need to be on vacation/ nope!!!! Then while I should have been on vacation relaxing because this is what my trip was meant for- I was being stressed out by Kasandra and Caesar via email DAILY about what time I asked to be picked up but giving me half information. They don’t provide you with detailed information and want to threaten me about what time I should be where to be picked up- or else the cab will leave me- so unprofessional and disappointing. I m posting all the proof even though their policy is for you to vacation and not be stressed !!! If it wasn’t for Erik - I promise you my next vacation I would never use the company- thank that man cause he gracefully saved your company and he probably needs to train all the people in the company to be like him. If I want to be early at the airport it’s my prerogative!!! For your convenience I’ve posted all the evidence and proof and order number and chain emails

Wonderful company! - This is a great company! Friendly and helpful greeters right outside the terminal. Easy to spot in their green polos. Waited only about 5 min. for our driver who was super nice. Vans were spacious and clean. For our return trip to the airport our driver showed up 10 min early at the ferry terminal and was again super nice and fun to chat with. We had a truly excellent experience and will use them again. I thought the price was very reasonable given its private “door to door” service. And just on a personal note… tip your drivers (and wait staff, maids, porters, etc)! These are hard working folks and tips go a long way down there to boost what are otherwise modest salaries.

Convenient and Secure - We met with them when we arrived. Just like they said, there were a barrage of people at the airport trying to sell us rides. The met us outside in green shirts. Kept up with us until the van arrived. Took us to the van. Nice trip to the ferry. They picked us up at the end of our stay, back at the ferry. Seamless. Secure. Confident.

Great experience with Happy Shuttle - It was very easy and reliable to book with Happy Shuttle. I originally tried to arrange transportation from the airport through our resort, but they did not want to book one van with part of our group coming in on different flights at different terminals (although scheduled to arrive at the same time- they recommended booking two vans!). Happy Shuttle had no problem with this, and even called me ahead of time due to my mistake of thinking we were all arriving at the same terminal. They were efficient, pleasant, courteous and arrived at our resort exactly as scheduled to take us back to the airport - all for less than the resort would have charged for one van. I highly recommend them!

Not a Happy experience - If you want to stand in line for 30 minutes like a cattle call at the airport waiting for your shuttle to get there then this is the shuttle for you. You wait in a massive group even though you had reservations at a specific time. We also booked a return pickup. Our flight was delayed 3 hours due to storms and the tour company declined to allow any change to the reservation. They would also not let us cancel with any type of refund. There is no changing your reservation or flexibility and they are SUPER rude. Please choose a different company. Happy shuttle is not happy. 2 other companies decided to try to help us and be hospitable.
