Great snorkeling and ruins experience - The guides Alex (snorkeling) and Yoishe and Manu (ruins) are real great guys as are El Capitan and the photographer. Well-planned activities, super interesting information and unparalleled service. 100% would recommend!

Best tour from my whole trip - I did the package of (turtle) snorkeling, parasailing, and jet-ski.
All three activities were amazing. For the snorkeling, Jared was the guide and Barracuda was the captain. They had quality masks and fins. We saw two turtles - one of which was the biggest I've ever seen! I was so happy to see them.
It was the first time I'd done parasailing, and the guides were great! They made me feel safe and even allowed me to get dipped in the water! The ride is about 10-12 minutes, and is captured on a GoPro at a good angle.
The jet-ski was also super fun - they give you clear guidelines for where you can go, and I built up to go as fast as the vehicle would go. Since I was traveling sola, I needed to pay extra to have my own wave runner (no option to share with a staff member), but in the end, I'm glad it happened that way!
The staff was very attentive, and most of them spoke English, which is great for tourists who do not speak Spanish.
For all three activities, the photos and videos cost about $130 USD, but it is so worth it!
I had the best time and would definitely recommend booking with this company.

Best time ever - I loveeee this place! They were very attentive and nice they made sure my boyfriend and I was okay from the start to the finish they came to pick us up from our hotel they got us to the location safely and returned us back safely. It was my boyfriend and I very first time doing jet ski we end up falling off in the water LOL OMFG but one of the work (don’t remember his name) a very nice man cane to rescue us in no time. Thank you guys soooo much I will be referring all my friends that’s coming to Cancun to you guys. Very amazing photos too. Thanks again

Great fun for the whole family - This was a bucket list item, and we had so much fun. I have never met skied in the ocean before, and the parasailing was amazing. Everyone was very helpful.

Very good, it consumes more time than you think - I went in February all very well but go with time even though in theory it should be fast, it takes time to wait for all those of several tours to get on parasailing in total lasted about 4 hours from when they went to the hotel (excellent Service and punctuality) until they left us. The flight time is 8 minutes and on the Jetski approx 30 minutes the rest were boat transfers with very nice views and transfers to hotels this varies depending on the people or if they can get there on their own they save like 1 hour. They have showers and very clean bathrooms, lend you towels and lockers. They give complimentary water, I would regenerate I really liked it.
They record and take very good photos throughout the tour of approx 800 Mexican pesos upwards so go prepared if they are going to want to buy them if nothing happens they do not look ugly or almost force you if you do not buy them as elsewhere and give you the option to buy them after they send them in the mail that I liked very much.

Fun attraction! - The parasailing was amazing and super fun. The jet skis were fun but they didn’t give us the full 30 mins. I also only gave them 4 stars because we purchased pictures that were supposed to be emailed and never received them, it’s a scam I recommend to request to airdrop like other excursions.

Trip got cancelled - Outing was cancelled by the company due to weather. They issued a refund. No issues with company and they had good communication. I would book with then again.

More Than Lousy Service - We made a reservation for the 10/04 to do snorkeling, parasailing and jet skiing.
In your confirmation email, we were told that we would be picked up that same day at 10.40am in our hotel lobby.
I am waiting in the lobby at 10.40 and decide to call to confirm that I am at the correct pickup site and they tell me by phone that they have cancelled the activity (?).
I organize my ENTIRE day around this, prepare my entire team and group and tell me on the phone when I call them that they have canceled the activity.
I can understand perfectly well that events have to be cancelled due to bad weather or anything else, BUT THAT I HAVE TO CALL AFTER I HAVE EVERYTHING PREPARED AND BE WAITING FOR YOU TO PICK ME UP to be told "oh, sorry, we have cancelled it, we have not sent you an email, we have forgotten to communicate it".
Sincerely ridiculous.

Nothing - My voucher said 2:30, when I contacted them at 1:00pm to say my flight was delayed and asked to see if we could reschedule, I got a response back at 1:10pm stating that the transportation already came to pick us up and marked us as a mo show. Said that I couldn't get a refund, and we couldn't reschedule unless we paid a penalty fee. So we are out of the money we paid, and they said they were already there to get us by 1:00pm, when my ticket says 2:30pm. Wow. Thanks. Will not use this service again.
