Fantastic and functional house - Great location and the house is functional and equipped to tone the pleasant and comfortable experience. The beach is just beautiful.

Good walk - Scenario met with punctuality, very friendly and helpful guide. There is little time in some places, but it is due to the extensive routes between one and another point of visit.

Brazil December 2024 - Some beaches with almost no people was the most 🫶🏻💘and not to mention the whole place 🤩precise everything ❤️🔥 .
Security, food, people all a 10 . Without a doubt Camboriu and Florianopolis the best places 💘

Culture and History - It was interesting to know the regional culture and coastal communities, sad that the rain and the cold interrupted the tour. The lunch time was very long could have been fitted another walk, as the site does not offer adequate infrastructure to accommodate tourists from the cold wind and the garoa.

Cool locations but very fast - The tour could be much better but is poorly organized, there are many people on a bus, which naturally delays even more the total time of the tour, and still put many places and in times of high flow in the city, need to remove during the tour, so it becomes incomplete - the ideal is to adjust what to visit for low and high season. The guide is unfriendly and speaks Portuguese rather than Spanish/Portuguese. You need to adjust a lot on this type of tour.

Different route from the informed - The city-tour had several changes in relation to the route informed in the contract.
First, it was confirmed time for search in a hotel very far from the information on the voucher. Afterwards, a walk was requested to the meeting point of the start of the tour justifying that a micro bus has difficulty circulating in the city center. The script informed the beginning in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, but started by walking in the historic center, which was not in it, and suppressed stops in Jurere and Praia dos Ingleses. Worse was the return to the hotel as the bus is still circulating in the north of the island and it takes a long time to return to the center of the city.

Bad experience. - Bad service. The driver drove badly, almost crashed three times and shouted at tourists (while carrying tourists). The guide spoke only Portuguese and made the same jokes fifteen times.

I want to express my... - I want to express my displeasure with the tour I recently hired. As agreed, the tour included a 15-minute walk to the natural pools, but unfortunately this was not carried out. What is even more disappointing is that the Enterprise failed to provide clear and justified explanations for the non-performance of this activity.
I would like to see measures taken to ensure that the services offered are as promised and that this matter can be resolved.
