Great experience. - Great trip. All of the people were very helpful. Our guide, Ariel was wonderful and took great care of me. He made sure I could do all of the excursions I wanted to do. He was also very kind to some nasty people in our group who were blaming him for things beyond his control.

OMZ! Best day pass for thermal spas hands down! - Honestly, I’ve been here many times, but since the remodel and new name we have not. We absolutely LOVED it! It’s gorgeous first of all, every thermal bath has hot and cold, the beauty is indescribable and we had a large group of friends with us and everyone had the best time ever! My only complaint was my own lack of organization and bringing too many things from spot to spot eventhough they gave me a locker! I just didn’t want to moments so I need my pouch and it just became annoying but that has nothing to do with them lol. Overall, highly recommend. Super close to most towns, easy roads to drive on and absolutely stunning! Cannot wait to go Back!!!

Hot Springs and Mud Soak experience. - Great tour and experience but if you have ambulatory issues they only have one wheelchair, for that reason I would recommend the Cultural Tour. Initially by someone else we were told the walk to springs and mud ares was a short distance and an easy walk but upon arrival we were informed that the walk to and back would be challenging. Short presentation on Costa Rican coffee, breads and the culture. Otherwise Rincon Thermal Adventures was very clean organized, invigorating and a great Costa Rican lunch (plantain chips)👨🏽‍🍳😘A big THANK YOU to our guide Jemia, driver Enrique and the “Wheelchair Crew” who assisted our party getting up the hill!

Relaxing & Incredible Experience! - Beautiful location, gorgeous pools and mature vibrant landscaping. Delicious lunch, very helpful and kind staff. Perfect way to spend the entire day with friends/family/significant others. Plenty of pools to enjoy, so you don't have to worry about it being overcrowded. Amazing experience and a must when visiting the Guanacaste region!

The new Thermal Springs Park, is gorgeous, a great place to enjoy nature and cruise around the park. There are lockers, change room, restaurant, and washrooms on site. The Park provides towels on site for your convenience. Rincon Thermal Park is a must see when visiting Costa Rica.

Beautiful Springs Experience - We went to the Springs as a group. The venue is amazing!! Many different temperature pools, great seating throughout with umbrellas to block the sun. A central bar for delicious drinks at a good price. There were a few cool pools for a refreshing contrast. The trails lead to more pools, volcanic mud to paint on for healing the skin. The river adds a natural refreshing spot to relax in nature. There is a waterfall with jumping platforms enjoyed by children and adults alike. The Lunch was excellent and steps away from the springs. They provide a towel, washroom and lockers. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend a day at the springs.

NOT as advertised! - Did not provide what was advertised. I went to see waterfall, there was none. Employee said " well it's dry season". Ok, then don't included it in dry season package. There were NO flowers, gardens, no birds to " bird watch". There was NO mud in the Mud bath pots until later. The " Hot Springs" are man made and so dirty I did not get in them. The kicker, the 3 pools I was very excited to get to lay out and enjoy that very pretty area- Closed- due to " testing". The only reason I am giving one star, the lunch was very good and the river was nice. The guy who did the culture experience was very nice. The issue there the receptionist told us our tour time was 1, we got there at 8:30 a.m. She saw us when finishing attempting to bird watch and told us we could go ahead and go to Culture Experience right then. It was already in progress so, didn't even get to fully enjoy that. The lady at front desk, not a friendly person so I just went with what I had to.
