Great day at the park! - We had an outstanding day in a beautiful park. My wife and I did all the adventures and they were thrilling but we always felt we were safe and in good hands with the excellent staff. They are all super professional, well trained, and fun. All in all, an excellent value.

Fun day and great value - Staff was personable, friendly and professional. We were greeted warmly and taken care of throughout the adventure part of the day. I was nervous at first at the zip lines, but the staff made me feel safe and confident. The water slide was scary; I thought I would flip over at times, and I’m glad I didn’t. Lunch was very nice. The best part of the day were the thermal pools. So beautiful and relaxing. All in all, the park is an excellent value, with professional and personable staff, beautiful surroundings and fun activities.

Loved the experience - Loved the experience. Horseback riding, zipline and thermal pools were the highlight. Would definitely return. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Best experience - It was beautiful and so welcoming. The workers are super nice and friendly. The food was amazing and learning a bit of their history was very interesting. They are well prepared. I 100% recommend coming here !

Wonderful - It was super worth it, my family had a lot of fun!!! It is 8 tiroles, the horse ride is also very good. All perfect!!!

A excellent mix of raw nature and modern class and comfort - The staff were friendly, punctual, and had very good English. The cultural experience, thermal pools/clay/Water fall rinse, and ziplineing were the highlight of our family's experience. We saw much wildlife including howler monkeys with their babies. The price is worth the priceless experience. The one thing I would not do again is the horseback riding. The horses seemed very tired and my family felt worried for their health. Walkable and family friendly. The lunch is also incredible, and felt very wholesome. A must do in costa rica.

Excellent family adventure - Great venue. Generally very well organized and good flow of activities. The coffee and cultural experience was good for the time spent. Zip lines were great and not too extreme if you are new to that. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Fee was reasonable as we spent the whole day there from 10am to 4pm. Good parking availability on site if you self drive.

Great - The people were genuinely nice and I had the blast of a lifetime! I omitted the zip line but my family all thought it super great. 8 runs! Loved horseback riding, the cultural experience and the thermal pools. Very informative! Our driver was great.

Great time - worth every penny - Highly recommend. My wife, daughter (24 years old) and son (23 years old) had a great time. My wife liked the zip lining the most while my children enjoyed the mud and mineral water experience. I liked the water slide. The lunch was delicious and the staff was incredible. Worth every penny.

Tons of safe and fun activities. - We did horseback riding up to the start of the zip line platforms. The guides on horses were attentive and careful in the horseback riding activity itself was very under control and slow paced. Easy for beginners! Zip lining was extremely well explained. All of the infrastructure appeared to be safe and modern. There were at least half a dozen park employees with us to ensure everyone got on and off each segment of the zip line safely. This is also easy for beginners and tons of fun. It is not extreme in any sense. We then did a cultural tour where the history and manufacturing process of sugarcane, chocolate and coffee were explained to us, and we sampled coffee and local baked goods which employ locally made sugar. This took about one hour. It was very informative, well run, and the person leading spoke English extremely well, and answered several in depth questions. We had lunch which was buffet style and robust. We then did a quick natural waterslide, which again was not extreme and good for the whole family. our last stop was at the mud bath and natural hot spring. We spent about 30 minutes here. You can spend longer as they have loungers and a bar to have a drink if you want. This was very refreshing and well integrated into the surrounding natural beauty. The staff at this facility are all professional and extremely friendly. I would recommend this tour to anyone travelling with a family.
