• Banff National Park - The evening starts at our preferred local lookout, where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking nighttime view of Banff, with the town lights shimmering below and the surrounding peaks silhouetted against the sky. From this elevated spot, your guide sets the mood for the night, sharing thoughtful insights into Banff’s history and the development of this mountain town — a serene, reflective beginning that encourages you to unwind and leave the day behind.
• Two Jack Lake - Upon reaching our specially chosen viewpoint on the shores of Two Jack Lake, you’ll relax in premium heated chairs, carefully selected to keep you warm as the temperatures drop. You’ll have access to telescopes, binoculars, and iPads with constellation-identification apps, allowing you to explore the night sky in vivid detail. Planets, star clusters, and distant galaxies come into view, turning the sky into a living map of light. To complete the experience, enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or cup of tea — a simple, cozy comfort that perfectly complements the tranquil atmosphere of the evening.
• Lake Minnewanka - From here, a brief, scenic drive takes you to Lake Minnewanka as dusk deepens. By the water’s edge, the pace remains leisurely as your guide shares a selection of captivating stories related to this place — from Indigenous perspectives and enduring connections with the land, to the wildlife that roams the area after sunset.

Leaving Lake Minnewanka behind, you’ll travel a short distance further into the park as the forest darkens and the night settles in.

• Banff National Park - As the evening concludes, you’ll be safely returned to your original pickup location, equipped with all the insights needed to continue your journey, ready to embrace whatever comes next with ease and enthusiasm. Throughout the evening, every detail is meticulously planned to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and leisurely experience — focusing on atmosphere and awareness rather than rushing through facts.

As the crowds disperse and the park embraces the night, participants are encouraged to relax, unwind, and enjoy Banff in a calm, meaningful, and leisurely manner.

• Minimum Age: 6 years. Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
• The stargazing tour is weather-dependent. To ensure the best experience, the tour will only proceed if the skies are clear and not overly cloudy. If the weather conditions, such as heavy cloud cover, rain, or snow, affect visibility, the tour may be postponed or canceled. Additionally, extreme cold or high winds may impact comfort and the overall experience, so the tour may be rescheduled accordingly. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of any cancellations or changes.
• In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
• No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
