- Canoe Meadows - Upon arrival at the river, a safety briefing will be conducted followed by paddle training. Once training is concluded, the group will navigate the Kananaskis River from Widowmaker to Seebe, where it meets the Bow River. This river journey will include navigating grade 2 and 3 rapids, allowing time to unwind and appreciate the scenic view of Mount Yamnuska towards the end of the trip.
