Great experience! - I had an amazing time! Our guide was knowledgeable and I was lucky enough to see a Black Bear, some sea lions, deer and humpback whales! I definitely recommend!

Great Tour Company and Staff - We tried to book online and had no success. Went to the office at 8:30 am and met a very friendly receptionist. We mentioned we tried booking online, and the receptionist asked us to wait a minute. She came back to us and was able to book on the first tour if we wanted to book.
We were provided a weather suit to be used on our Zodiac tour. Our tour guide was very friendly and full of information about the wildlife.

Trustworthy reliable tour company for spotting whales etc - Very comfortable boat. Guide was a great guy and knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. Water was perfect and guide handled the boat well so it wasn’t too choppy. Sunny day, spotted orcas, humpback whales, dolphins and eagles.

Whale of a Day. - From the moment we arrived I knew we had made the right choice. Check in was quick effecient and friendly. We weren't rushed into getting into the survivor suits and help was there if you needed it. Our guide was excellent, and made sure he connected with other tour operators to make sure we did see whales if they were in the area and we did see both orcas and humpbacks. I liked the way he connected with the passengers. We shared where we were from and the whole experience was great. I will go with them again and would recommend this tour to friends, family, and travellers asking for a fun and successful tour. Thank you for a day to remember.

Excellent Trip - Really enjoyable. Amazing to see Orcas and Humbacks close up. The captain knew exactly where to go and was very informative. Highly recommended.

Great Wildlife Tour - A beautiful trip made with a Zodiac boat in a great environment. After 1.5 hours we were in the middle of a school of at least 40 dolphins, which et us swam along. Spotted another group of Orcas as climax. Be able to take beautiful "once in a lifetime" photos. This tour is definitely recommended, but you have to be a bit lucky

Fun outing! - Fun experience with the grown up kids! Really didn’t expect to use the big wet suit! But did not realize how quickly the weather can change out in the open water. Our little French captain did a great job navigating the zodiac through the white caps and we were able to stay dry and warm ! Nice little adventure . Lots of happy whales frolicking in the water!

No Orcas - Everyone enjoyed the trip. The driver was great. It would have been nice to go further north where there would have been a greater chance to see orcas, which would have been an absolute highlight.

Great tour! - Excellent Guide and a great tour on an exiting 400 hp zodiac. We've seen a lot of wildlife including the impressive humpback whale. Good suites that kept us warm very well

Avoid unprofessional - Unfortunately I was not able to participate in the excursion booked 3 weeks before from Italy because it was canceled with a notice of only 40 hours before departure because 'missing the boat. I was offered as an alternative the afternoon tour instead of the morning one at almost double the price but this would have created problems in the already organized trips (as in the afternoon I had booked ferry to Vancouver). Having booked the night in Campbell River only for this excursion this cancellation has created a great inconvenience and I do not find it absolutely correct behavior. If you do not want to run the risk of finding yourself in the same situation choose another company.
