BEST Car Rental experience I have ever had! - This is by the far the best service I have ever had from renting a car anywhere, including the United States. Super friendly, reliable, responds immediately via WhatsApp. They met me with my car wherever I need them to. I arrived very late via a shuttle into Pedasi and stayed at a hotel that was 15 20 minutes off the beaten path. They met me the next morning with my SUV rental at the hotel exactly at 9am as requested. I then decided to extend my stay, and changed to a smaller more economical vehicle as I no longer needed a 4-wheel drive. They again met me at the Pedasi airport with a new vehicle for me to rent, after I made a quick trip to Panama City. They made my stay In Panama so easy and always were super helpful in assisting me with anything that I needed! LOVE LOVE LOVE this business!

Excellent - I recommend car rental with Ruta Austral, excellent service, very good cars and recommend places to visit, they take you the car to the place where you stay. We were happy to finish our trip to Tierra del Fuego by car.

Not very serious. - Be clear with the rental cost. The day I found out the cost, Mr. Antonio informed me of a daily amount and the next day when I went to finalize the rental it was a lower amount. Party Company.

Rent by move and I got ripped off. - Total disaster and fraudsters. 4 hours to give me the car and on the way back I was awarded a crash I had. Never again!
