Grand day out - Emily was brilliant. She gave a great tour presentation and elaborated the life and history of the University. Despite the pouring rain she kept our attention and was willing to answer all our queries with interest and insight.

Disappointing, poor value tour - Premium Price £45 each - heavily overbooked tour - in fact so many people (over 20) that 5 minutes before the tour I was phoned by the organisers requesting for us to move our tour to another time, we couldn't as we had other plans . The size of the group made the event feel impersonal, rushed and difficult to either develop a rapport with the guide or get a cohesive understanding during the tour. The group was too large for one guide to manage and also to hear at times. We paid for entry to Kings College too - we had no dialogue or discussion about the chapel - we were just left at the door - that was £25 worth. I would suggest before taking this tour you find out how many are in the group and also the knowledge of the guide. It appeared from our experience that money or income from the group was more important than the experience. We will write formally to the Company as this tour should have been different, it wasn't as advertised, nor value for money
