In Battambang, visitors can explore a variety of attractions, with the day’s itinerary focusing on the top highlights. As you drive through the city, you’ll notice the French colonial influence in the architecture of the townhouses, many of which are being beautifully restored. The renowned Bamboo Train continues to operate despite the looming threat of closure, offering a delightful way to experience the lush countryside surrounding Battambang. When two trains meet, the one with the lighter load must be disassembled to allow the other to pass.
