- Pico do Arieiro - Part of the Central Mountain Massif, Pico do Arieiro is the third highest peak on Madeira Island, reaching a maximum height of 1818 meters. The highest is Pico Ruivo at 1861 meters, followed by Pico das Torres at 1851 meters.
- Ribeiro Frio - Located in the municipality of Santana, Ribeiro Frio is a place of remarkable natural beauty, situated in the heart of the Laurissilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is home to trails like Levada do Furado, Serra, or Juncal.
- Fortress of Faial - Faial is a parish in the municipality of Santana, positioned on the picturesque North Coast of Madeira Island, at an altitude of approximately 219 meters. The name “Faial” is believed to originate from the abundance of beeches (Myrica faya) in the area. The town developed around an ancient chapel dedicated to Our Lady of the Nativity, originally constructed from a single large cedar trunk. The chapel was destroyed by the flow of the Ribeiras da Metade and Faial, and a new temple was erected in 1771.
- Santana - Santana is a town on the lush north coast of Madeira Island, celebrated for its traditional triangular gabled houses with thatched roofs and wooden structures, painted in the typical Madeiran colors of white, blue, and red.
- Miradouro da Portela - Situated in the parish of Santo da Serra at 670 meters altitude, between Porto da Cruz and Machico, Miradouro da Portela offers a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. The parish of Porto da Cruz and Penha d´Águia can be observed from here.
- Ponta de Sao Lourenco - São Lourenço is the easternmost peninsula of Madeira Island, showcasing a distinct landscape from the rest of the island, which is famed for its lush vegetation. São Lourenço, of volcanic origin and primarily basaltic, presents an arid appearance with undergrowth and a lack of trees, contrasting sharply with the island’s typical scenery.
- Machico - Overlooking the beautiful valley of Machico on the stunning island of Madeira, the Pico do Facho viewpoint offers a breathtaking panorama, featuring the striking Ponta de São Lourenço with its naturally vibrant colors.
