• Cordon de La Ramada - The C ° Mercedario 6720msnm, is located in the Ramada mountain range, a cord made up of 4 hills that exceed six thousand meters and of which the Mercedario is the highest peak. It is the tenth highest hill in America, preceded only by Aconcagua, Ojos del Salado, Pissis, among others, being very little visited, it has little environmental impact, this allows sightings of guanacos, hares, condors and many other mountain species, with a lot of greater ease.

As the eighth tallest peak in America, it remains relatively unexplored, resulting in minimal environmental impact. This allows for easier sightings of guanacos, hares, condors, lizards, and various other mountain species.

Our destination is the Creek at the base of the Glacier of the Horse, located at 4000 meters. It is remarkable for the vibrant color of its waters, tinted by the mountain’s minerals.
