Cali culinary experience NIVEL DIOS! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable food tour experience in Cali! This food tour in Cali was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The level of service, organization, and security made us feel comfortable and well cared for at every moment. Our guide was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that made the entire experience even more special. The food was simply spectacular and truly representative of the rich culinary culture of Valle del Cauca. We had the chance to try authentic local delights like champus, refreshing mango ceviche with viche, a perfectly made aborrajado, delicious shrimp ceviche, and a beautiful variety of regional fruits including lulo, chirimoya, zapote, pitaya, mangostino, and chontaduro. We also enjoyed the classic combination of cheese with guava, which was a perfect sweet ending. Beyond the flavors, what made this tour exceptional was how safe, relaxed, and immersive it felt. Walking through the city while learning about the history, traditions, and stories behind each dish made this much more than just a tasting — it was a cultural journey. If you are visiting Cali and want to experience the true heart of its gastronomy with a professional, caring, and passionate guide, this tour is an absolute must. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who loves authentic food experiences. We would do it again without hesitation!

The perfect taste of Cali - We had such a fun morning with Alex as he walked us through the streets of Cali and eventually to the Alameda Market. Not only did we get to try some amazing local snacks and produce, we also had more than the equivalent of a full meal with other traditional meat dishes. Alex was a great teacher about the culture and history of Cali, and gave great recommendations for other activities and nightlife. Thank you for such a fun day, Alex!!

Street food and local knowledge - The tour started with a one hour walk around some less touristy neighbourhoods of Cali. The street food tasting had a great variety including seafood, exotic fruits, tamales, local corn dishes, coffees, drinks and much more.

Noteworthy Experience! - Beyond amazing. First half was a walking tour with a bit of history about Colombia. It was very interactive with our tour guide Carlos doing something like “tell me what you see in this mural”. He taught us Colombian slang like “papaya” (not the fruit haha). We walked through famous places like the neighborhood Mira Flores and Loma de la Cruz. Then the second half was the food tour. Like so amazing. We tried many different fruits like lulo which Colombianos use to make juice as well. My favorite was ceviche de mango. Not even gonna explain, you’ll have to experience it for yourself. Then we ended with coffee. Carlos did an amazing job explaining everything and being funny and interactive. It is totally worth the price. Don’t second guess having this experience. You won’t want to miss it. As someone who traveled to Colombia for the first time, this was a great all in one bc it covered multiple tourist attractions and less tourist-popular places but more local-popular. Thanks Carlos!

Excellent street food tour - Nice walk through a community that most tourists may not know about or visit. Lots of information and food treats along the way. Finishing at a huge food market with even more samples. Go hungry. Recommended.

Tasty and informational - All the food was delicious and our guide Alex was great, he gave us some info on Cali during our walk to the food market (make sure to have breakfast as it’s a 30 min walk), and recommendations for food and other places to visit. One dish had shrimp and one dish had meat, the rest were vegetarian and it was an assortment of fruit, fried foods, a drink, ceviche, etc…

Watch out. - The guide didn't come because of health problems. I wrote him and he said he'd make a refund, but at the moment, nothing... maybe it's a scam.
