• San Antonio - A neighborhood filled with hidden treasures, our culinary journey continues through the vibrant corners of one of Cali’s top food districts.
• CHAMPÚS DE FABIOLA - Our second main stop offers hearty, warm, fried Colombian delicacies. Don’t miss the chance to try local favorites: empanadas, marranitas, papa rellena, papa aborrajada, maduro aborrajado.
• La Linterna Cali - A renowned hidden gem among travelers, this unique spot features lithography printing machines originally designed for steam, now adapted to electricity, dating back to 1870.
• Butterfly Tongue - Artisan Ice Cream Parlor - Our final food stop and the tour’s conclusion is another hidden gem in San Antonio. This ice cream shop offers some of the most unique flavors, including their specialty: passion fruit with honey-caramelized fried pork. The owner, a chef, aims to encapsulate Colombia in scoops. The tour includes 2 scoops of ice cream.
