Our guide was amazing. There was some issues. Very little communication. Of where we were going. We needed up having lunch at Paddy’s and beer and that was considered one of our stops. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. I t was very hard to get a hold of anyone if I had any questions. We would have liked a bit more time on the bike. Lastly two of the seats were broken as well.

I choose the 4 star rating simply because it's in between what I really liked about the tour and what I was somewhat disappointed in. When it came to Ira Jones and the breweries he choose for us I couldn't have been more please. He was very personable and accommodating. All the staff at the breweries were also friendly and helpful. The part I'm not overly happy with was the price. For the price of $600 just to ride the bike was pretty steep. Especially when there were mechanical issues on some of the bikes. If this was priced around $20 per person I would have given this experience 5 stars!! All in all we had fun! Cheers

The amount of the time on the bike was very disappointing - we could have walked between the breweries. It was a lot of money for a very short amount of time on the bike. They really didn't have places for us to sit when we got to the breweries. Also, the music didn't work on the bike - the music helps get the group into the party atmosphere. We did urban pedal last year and it was much better. Their tour guide had a lot more positive energy. When I booked you wanted me to pay the tip at the time and I said I would wait to determine if the service was good - I did give him a $60 tip which was for the average service then a couple of others in my group started to give a tip thinking they needed to tip too. I said I already tipped him and I think Brett should have given them their money back but he did not.
