Amazing and relaxing day out - Wow!!! Hidden Valley absolutely exceeded expectations! The rainforest surroundings are breathtaking, and the grounds are well-maintained with even pathways and good signage to navigate the grounds which made getting around easy. There are quite a few warm and cold pools. Each pool is well positioned and divided so you can get great photos without too many tourists in the background. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and the buffet had a fantastic selection of traditional and fresh Filipino food. All the staff at the restaurant and even the gardeners are so attentive and welcoming. A special shoutout to our driver, Miele, who was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and even went out of his way to stop at a shop when we forgot something. That extra level of care really made the day seamless. Bring a towel or buy one (no rental) for 650php pesos Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and accessible nature escape!

absolutely recommended excursion - Tour highly recommended, punctual pickup, Andrei was a great driver, guide and told us about the typical cuisine. We were almost alone in Hidden Valley. Few tourists come there.

Great Escape from the city - Bring a bathing suit and walking shoes if you want to go up to the waterfall, not just relax in the 3 different areas of hidden pools along the trail. Amazing place, great break from the city. Loved it. The food was great too. Our guide was charming answered all our questions about the Philippines even those not on the tour!! Our driver was great saved our life with his fantastic skills.

We were informed that we... - We were informed that we would be picked up at 6:45AM on the evening before our tour. However, the driver did not arrive until 8:15AM. It was obvious that the driver Carlo did not account for the city traffic and was not sensitive to the inconvenience of having to wake up earlier than necessary. Carlo also did not give any description or orientation about the place we were visiting. Otherwise, we discover the Hot Springs to be nice and refreshing. The food served was delicious Filipino cuisine.
