Top top top. - Absolutely recommended 😊😊. Although we had huge problems upon arrival, the contact persons were available at all times and absolutely helpful, even during peak season. Although the transfer was pre-booked, we arrived a day late, but they reorganized the transfer and even waited longer until we had all our luggage together. We would book with Re Auto again in a heartbeat.

Reliable - I booked a transfer service from Tropea to the airport. I had difficulty at the meeting point at the hotel. I was unable to meet the agreed-upon time. Despite this, they did everything to send a vehicle and take us to the airport, where we arrived well in advance. I have rarely encountered such flexibility and willingness from a carrier to solve the problem. Highly recommended. We were more than satisfied. THANK YOU.

Impeccable on all occasions - In 15 days I used 3 services in the Lamezia - Tropea - Zambrone area and on every occasion I found absolute punctuality, comfort, pleasant company, and impeccable service. On the 2nd occasion, a discount was also applied compared to what was quoted. I will definitely return to Tropea (hopefully soon) and will rely on this chauffeur service again.

Bad experience renting a car through booking.com in southern Italy - We rented a car to get around for three days in southern Italy through Booking.com. When we arrived at the Lamezia-Terme airport, the Noleggiare office was closed. We had to communicate by phone so they would come over to assist us. When the assistant accepted our papers and verified my husband's driver's license, he rejected it because we hadn't processed the international driver's license, in a very rude manner. I understand that the mistake was ours, because we did not read the rental terms carefully. However, he kicked us out and did not inform us that the situation was easily solvable, since there is a way to obtain a digital driver's license through an online process. That is when our ordeal began because the phone number for the rental in Italy, which we called repeatedly throughout the day, never answered (01120397181). At the airport information desk, we got information about a train to our destination that was leaving in less than 1 hour, and we had to run to the train station so as not to lose our hotel night (which was already paid for). I was trying to make contact through the booking app, but I kept losing signal on the train. Finally, at night when I arrived at my hotel, I was able to communicate via chat and managed to get a refund for the insurance I had paid for separately. What I really find abusive is that they charged me for the three days of rental in advance, and they kept the full amount. I agree with being charged a penalty, but not with them keeping the total amount. Besides, it could have been resolved, but no one wanted to help us.
