Reliable - I booked a tour for Sunday, just one day in advance. The tour operator contacted me shortly after. During the tour, there weren't many activities. It was just a bus (a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) with a group of local tourists from Peru, and we drove to the destination. We also stopped at a viewpoint. The guide provided extensive explanations (in Spanish), making several stops along the way to explain various details. The activity was short; we finished around 2 pm and were back in Cajamarca. The tour was simple—not overly impressive, but nothing was wrong with it either. For its category, I would rate it 5/5.
