• Mosque of Ibn Tulun - A Sun Pyramids Tours representative will collect guests from their Cairo hotel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle to visit the mosque of Ahmed Ibn Tulun.
• Al-Azhar Mosque - Begin a walking tour from Bab Zuwayla along the Street of Muezz to explore Al Khayammeyah, the Mosque-Mausoleum of Sultan al-Mu’ayyad Shaykh, Sabil-Kuttab of Tusun Pasha, and the Mosque of Al-Azhar.
• Khan Al-Khalili - Continue the walk from the twin-towered Bab el-Fotouh, a fortified gate in Cairo’s ancient city walls, to the Khan el-Khalili bazaar, one of the city’s main markets. Experience the densely packed stalls offering everything from spices and leather goods to jewelry and vegetables, all on a street that has remained unchanged for centuries. Bargaining is customary, so be ready to negotiate.
• Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan - Discover the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, a prime example of early Mamluk architecture. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the madrasa and mausoleum of Sultan al-Mansur Qalawun and the Madrasa-Khanqah of Sultan Barquq.
• Al-Aqmar Mosque - The guide will lead a tour of the Museum of Textiles and the mosque of Al-Aqmar, followed by a visit to a prime example of an old Cairo house. Guests will then be transferred back to their hotel.
