BEST DRIVER IN CAIRO!! - I was picked up from the Cairo Airport by the best driver in Cairo, Mina. Mina was on-time and waiting for me in arrivals. He took all of our bags, and safely got us to our hotel in crazy traffic. His car was spacious and clean.

Warning - Do not use this service - Warning - no pick up occurs - I scheduled a pickup from the Cairo Airport to our hotel for June 16. I was specifically told at booking that I would receive a text from driver within 24 hours of pickup - no text was ever received for either pickup scheduled. So customer service tells tall tales. Waited an hour with no one showing up. Activated international phone service on mobile to call Viator customer service. Gentleman said the driver was in a different terminal. At least after an hour and half of waiting we did get our ride. Then the bad service for the booked return pickup from hotel back to airport for June 19. AGAIN, no Text. Booking has inoperable telephone contact. Took SEVERAL calls again to Viator Customer service - They even disconnected us 2 times!!!! Finally got confirmation that pick up was for the time of our flight, not hours ahead of schedule. So we would have missed our flight. Finally after several calls the Customer Service rep was able to confirm a pick up for us at our hotel the next day for 5:45. He had no answer for why the phone contact was inoperable. Long story short, we finally got the transport we paid for, BUT WITH TOO MUCH EFFORT. Spare yourself the hassle, don't book with VIATOR.
