Egypt was an... - Egypt was an unforgettable experience. From the man made pyramids, the Sphinx and ancient temples to the energy of the bazaars and the friendliness of the people. Egypt is rich with history and culture. The contrast of ancient wonders alongside modern life, (Asawan’s Nubian village that dates back 8000 years to Cairos posh hotels and casinos) made the trip especially memorable. The food, the colors, and the sense of standing in places thousands of years old made this a journey I’ll never forget. Good organised trip - The trip was very well organised from the time of our arrival till departure. For any queries during the trip, Madeline was prompt in response. A journey to remember - We were fortunate enough to hire our package through Local Adventures in Mexico, already in Cairo the team of Holiday in Egypt, received us despite having had an incident with our international flight at the beginning (cause outside the travel company) were always super aware of us (Whatsapp groups and in a personal way), we were fortunate to take domestic flight services, airport transfers to the hotel, hotel accommodation, cruise reservations, on the Nile, tour service with the most representative places in Egypt, always showing professionalism and cordiality, ahead of our needs, on arrival Tahuer , which explained the itinerary in case we needed changes or clarifications, already on tours Hassan gave us explanations of the places to visit always cordial, maintaining control of the group, making comments in some points of interest to see the most relevant and representative areas, personal experience tips, as well as making sure and asking if we were having a good time, if we had any suggestion or request with the staff of the facilities, the truth had a very good time at ease, there were some tours that in the end were close to places to buy , they attended us very well without harassment, without pressures, and with very good prices and packages (papyri, perfumes, alabaster; the only incident or inconvenience was in a domestic flight transfer as the arrival time was very just in terms of flight departure time, the ferched arrived as late as 10 minutes to the hotel, and having to carry out documentation and security filters we were very right to miss the flight (which we managed to board), it was great to remember a trip outside of that

I can’t say enough good things… - For starters, Madeline is exceptional. Everything from communication to itinerary was perfect. All my guides and drivers also top notch! With my favorites being Ahmed, Ashraf, & Kerolos. This was a solo trip and I had issues with my phone but I never felt alone or worried about anything. I plan to revisit next year with my kids and will without a doubt use Holiday in Egypt. This was the trip of a lifetime and it wouldn’t have been possible without them! Everyone was very kind and patient. My cruise was also a good time and had good food. I rate my entire experience 10/10, 5 stars, A+! Thank you everyone!

An unforgettable experience - I just finished the 7 day Queen cleopatra experience with holiday in Egypt. I had a wonderful time traveling with this company. Going into the trip I was slightly unsure about the safety of traveling in Egypt as a young woman alone, but my fears were entirely unfounded. For the duration of my trip they were there for me at all times to make sure everything about my stay was going smoothly and I can genuinely say that at no point did I feel unsafe or stressed about anything, knowing they were taking care of everything I needed. Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan are all incredible cities and I saw some of the most incredible sights of my life. My guide for Cairo, Sohaila, was incredible and so knowledgeable about everything we saw as well as passionate about the subjects she spoke on. Our guide for the other part of the trip, Ahmed, was absolutely wonderful too. He consistently went above and beyond anything I would expect from a guide to make sure that each one of us on the tour had an absolutely seamless experience. If you do choose to book with holiday in Egypt, I hope you have him as well because I can promise your time with be amazing. From organizing trips and transportation to educating us on the wonders of ancient Egypt he truly exceeded my every expectation. As an organization I would also say that Holiday in Egypt certainly made an impression on me. They were easy to reach, and also very proactive when it came to checking in to make sure my experience was going well, and to arrange things like transportation to and from the airport or to the hotel. In particular I want to mention Tahmer, who was the person I was in contact with from holiday in Egypt, for everything he did and for making sure I got everywhere I needed to go safely and on time. He took care of everything, so I didn’t have to! If you’re thinking about booking your trip to Egypt I hope you consider booking through them, I promise you wont regret it.

Excellent trip - I usually avoid guided tours but thought it is a good idea for touring Egypt. I emailed several companies based in Egypt, and Holiday in Egypt provided the most punctual and professional communication. Madeline handled our booking, and she was readily available for discussions. She provided all necessary information to plan our trip. She was flexible to build up an itinerary that best suited our requirements as well. We had private tours with our own driver, guide and van. Drivers were punctual and everything happened on time without delays. Guides were very good as well, specially Ehab in Cairo and Ahmad in Luxor. Madeline got us on board an awesome cruise as well. We were on board MS Rennaisance which has been recently refurbished. I wouldn't give anything less than 5 stars for the services of Madeline and Holiday in Egypt. They can be trusted and they deliver what they promise.

Ancient Horizons 8 days - Overall a good trip . Our guide Hassan Hosny was very happy and knowledgeable . He did a good job managing our group who were great . The tour is very hectic with lots of early starts.. so be prepared . We did some optional extras that contributed to those . The hot air balloon and Abu Simbel were well worth it however. Our cruise ship was not luxurious but adequate with good pool deck . Hotels were good although the Giza one is way out of town. Good value for money
